Other than owner Brian being some what a racist comparing our president to a monkey the place had a beautiful setting. Sally the better half of the ownership was very nice and helpful.we had a large space and had a great time in Kalso.

Will definitely go back! We love it here! RV park is nestled in the forest. Hosts are friendly and helpful. I have read some of the other reviews and can't believe the huge swing in the comments. The owners are upfront about the facilities available. The owners advise all RVers that dogs must be on a leash not just for...

Poorly run campsite, with the owner looking for rule breakers as he regularly cruised the sites. Be careful after mid-afternoon as he would likely blow over the limit for DUI. It was a little weird having the patrols carry on till well into the night. No facilities available such as small store, ice, washrooms, showers, or communal shelter or barbecue....

A very unwelcome welcome! Very poor boat launching! Brian told us to move some beach chairs and a couple of logs to put our boat into the water! We managed that but had to pay a marina down the way to take it out! water was too shallow! First night brian was pounding on our door telling us we tied...

Wow....we have never experienced such a rude man in our many years of camping. Pulled in to what seemed like a beautiful spot with a few seemingly unoccupied rvs. After our short experience there, the people were probably hiding in their trailers from the owner! The owner, whose was visibly drunk, came over in his golf cart and watched us...

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Cedar Bay. We have never experienced such beauty and breath taking scenery anywhere that we have stayed before Cedar Bay. We were only going to stay 6 days but ended up staying 3 weeks, just couldn't seem to leave ! The RV resort is spotless and our little yorkie enjoyed going...

This is our 2nd stay at Cedar Bay, it is awesome, Nancy and Brian are fantastic hosts. Our cat loves it there too, because the dogs are on a leash as is our Amy. Beautiful peaceful spot, we were invited to the Luau by the hosts and other friends. We had an awesome pot luck supper and visit around the...

I read the reviews and thought "we're nice people, certainly the host won't be rude to us". Within minutes of us pulling in with our truck and trailer the host was there on his golf cart being openly disapproving of the way my husband was backing into our site. We are a couple in our sixties and have been backing...

My dog and I spend a wonderful summer at the park. Large spacious sites with nature all around. Had deer wander through the RV park a few times. My dog Sam walked with me along the shoreline and went wading on their fishermans fishing trail. GREAT place to stay for a few days or a few months.
