We stayed at Michelle and David's Chapel of Barras Farm B&B in order to celebrate New Years in Stonehaven. We were immediately impressed with the amazingly well appointed room and the hospitality with which we were met. No detail has been left untouched, our room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. There was coffee and tea service in the room...

Wonderfully friendly, warm and welcoming. Spotless and very comfortable. Invitingly decorated with a modern touch in a traditional farmhouse setting. We have NO complaints. Can we suggest a choice of cup or mug on tea tray. Yes, I could have asked and I'm sure it would have been no trouble to our hosts who were hospitality personified, but just a...

We were visiting family in the area and stayed at this gem of a property for 2 nights, bed and breakfast. Very warm welcome by the Hosts. Spotlessly clean bedrooms in a self contained part of the buildings. 5 rooms in total which were all very well appointed. We stayed in Room 5 with a comfortable double bed, large en...

Wonderful long weekend spent at Chapel of Barras. Fantastic rooms and breakfast followed by the gorgeous surrounding of a farm. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful with local knowledge and suggestions. Would happily visit again.

Welcoming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast and friendly helpful hosts. Home baking in the room to have with tea/coffee facilities. Stayed for two nights for a 21st birthday party. Couldn't praise this place enough.

We only stayed one night as this was how our itinerary worked. We would have stayed for longer if we had known what a gem of a B and B this is. The hosts, Michelle and David were very friendly and helpful. The room was a delight and Michelle had made raspberry muffins to have with the tea/coffee that was...

A little B&B in the middle of several acres of farmland. The place is very tidy and welcoming, and the people who run the place were very kind. The room we had was in perfect condition, and the owners even had a complementary dessert waiting for us. Breakfast was superb. Everything on the table came from local products; some of...

Stayed here for 1 night on a Scotland trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts were very friendly (although we did not find any unfriendly hosts anywhere we stayed or really any unfriendly people in Scotland at all for that matter). The farm is a bit out of the way, and our GPS had a little trouble finding it, so...
