Visiting family & went here for lunch as we have done in the past. Always a nice place to go with good food. All the food went down well & was freshly cooked. The scampi was cooked perfectly. All 9 meals came together & were very enjoyable. The menu is very limited, it is the perfect setting for a Sunday... More

It would be useful if they displayed the specials in the main bar, rather than at the far end where you... More

Food order taken away from bar area which is good idea but had to help self to cutlery etc which for... More

We called at this pub at lunch time and as a pub to just have a drink I would have said it was very good, a great selection of ales and wine at fantastic and realistic prices. The bar staff are friendly and welcoming and the pub itself is comfortable warm and what could be termed as a "real pub".... More

Had Lunch in the Star Inn on Good Friday. As a local Pub, one of 3 on the Quay within 30 seconds of each other, it offers a decent selection of beers including well looked after Real Ales. The good size beer garden backs straight onto the Quay and catches the sun for the best part of the day. As... More
