Hotel is actually outdated, but the friendly owners and staff make you feel at home. We stayed in a huge room, inclusive full equipped kitchen but refrained from home cooking as the restaurant offers a good choice of menu. Breakfast was great - fuelled us for the next 25+ km walk to Burgdorf.

Considering the price you get a nice, fairly large room with an OK mattress and a small TV. However everything is chipped and aged, especially the bathroom. I mean everything is clean and tidy but the shower definetely is a no-go. Hight adjustment impossible and the water flow isn't exactly great. W.LAN is soso and the noise is heavy -...

This is a family owned and operated hotel in the heart of a small town in Switzerland. We stayed as part of a tour. The family that operates the hotel lives on site. They served us dinner in their small restaurant, a soup made from butternut squash and pumpkin that was amazing, followed by chicken and rice with veggies. Since...

I stayed here with a large tour group. The hotel was so accommodating and nice. They waited on us to arrive for dinner because we were late. Hotel wise, great rooms! Love the surrounding area of the hotel as well. Food wise, I'm a vegetarian and had pre-ordered that being in a large group. Vegetarians, don't eat dinner here. I...

This hotel has awesome employees. They are all very welcoming. The rooms and decor has a 70's touch and it was incredible to see a rotary phone and some items back from the 70's. The staff are very attentive. The food was different from American food but it was excellent. It is in a small town that is very cute....

What a nice little town to stop in Switzerland. The food is nice, the rooms are small but authentic. Roaming around the small town really gives you a feel for the region. Not a bad drive to Lucerne. The bar down the street was a nice treat as well.

I stayed at this hotel last week while on a tour. The hotel was spotless and meals were good. I think the main "plus" is its character. This is a typical Swiss Inn. Although not a modern hotel, it does have all of the modern conveniences and spacious rooms. I did not use public transport, but one can catch a...

We stayed in Huttwil for 2 nights the Hotel was lovely, very clean, our rooms extremely large with custom bedding, some with 4 poster beds, stone walls and window boxes. I didn't see much of the staff, except at meal times. Breakfast choices were numerous; from serials to cheeses. Located in the center of the village you can walk to...

We had an incredible time at the Hotel Kleiner Prinz while staying in Switzerland with an EF Tour group. They really made us feel like family. The rooms were so cute! They were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was kept spotlessly clean. When my daughter saw the room we were assigned, she told me she wished she...
