We stayed at Princess Motel for three nights in September. It was lovely! Everything was clean and we had all we needed (fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer + TV). Wi-fi worked perfectly fine. The owner was very welcoming and we also had a nice chat with him! He even showed us his newest pride: the (Honeymoon)Suite which they just renovated themself!...

I am always apprehensive about small motels. But I was very pleasantly surprised when we pulled in here. The lady who works the front desk is fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. The rooms were larger then expected. Included a nice (but dated) kitchenette. Everything was very clean and well looked after. Comfortable bed, and a bar fridge. Within walking distance...

I've stayed at the Princess about once a year for the past 10 years. The rooms are clean, the owner is very accommodating and the location is handy to downtown, but quiet. I usually ask for an upstairs room, just to avoid having noisy footsteps above me. I can't remember it ever being an issue, but do so just in...

I spent 2 nights over the May long weekend. Staff were very friendly and the room was actually better than I expected. Comfy bed with duvet, nice enough decor, clean, great little kitchenette. But.... The noise upstairs. Unfortunately the people upstairs were awake all night, which isn't the problem, it's the creaking of the floors. There is an issue with...

We stayed at this hotel last year and have booked again this year for a family weekend. Not enough room at the cottage so this hotel is great for overflow of people. Very friendly people. Don is very nice and accommodating. Yes it's not the Harbour Castle in Toronto but for a cottage country hotel, it's totally acceptable and I'm...

My fiancé and I had decided to book a motel room with the "Three Island Motel" for MY birthday and an off-roading trip we were doing with another couple. We decided to show up extra early to get set up in excitement for our vacation. Upon arrival, there was a note left on the office motel door for the couple...

The room was a honeymoon suite but it was freezing in the room - the heater was behind the TV console cabinet, the flooring was ceramic tile throughout so no warmth in the floor at all. The room had a Jacuzzi but the bathing wand to rinse yourself off was broken- there was a shower head in the wall above...

We arrived here soaking wet as we had been cycling in the rain. We were given our key and told to go get dry and warm, the paperwork could wait. The hostess made a clothes dryer available to us which was a godsend as we didn't have a lot of dry clothing. We were on a cycling trip so had...
