On first impression I was disappointed, unfortunately this did not change throughout the stay. The room was in an annex at the side of the main house, bed was rock hard (enough to feel springs) the smell of damp was so strong it kept me awake (combined with the uncomfortable bed) my advise would be to book yourself into the...

Staff were very friendly and room was nice. Main complaint is the shower. Was either boiling hot or ice cold or not working at all from moment to moment. I stood in the shower covered in soap for at least a full minute before the water came back on, burned me, went cold, and then went back to the temperature...

We found the place with no problems thanks to the good travel instructions from the website. Not the warmest of welcomes when we arrived after a very long journey. The room, in the main house, was well laid out, furnished and decorated. The breakfast was ok, but having to make your own toast and tea wasn't what I expected. We...

Lovely place aprox 10 mins drive from City. Easy to check in once you have found the rural location. Excellent service, rooms and breakfast. This is an old building and there might be access problems for the less able

i stayed in the annex so maybe the main building next door is a very different standard, but the room was small and thin walled, with a rather dingy bathroom. Access was through an unkempt courtyard. The breakfast was very ordinary, and generally the place had a run down feel about it. think it could be a very nice place...

I would stay again if I was in the Annex again, after trying 2 rooms we managed to find one.. the last room available which didn't have a damp smell. Bed wasn't comfortable and you could feel the springs through the mattress. It wasn't very clean, tried getting money back when we arrived as I wasn't happy with the room...

This was nicely tucked away and had a nice feel to it, the room we had was small but furnished nicely the only downside we had was there was no hot water from sink and the shower tray was a bit grubby, the breakfast was good but basic and although we slept well as it was nice and quiet the...

I was not impressed by this bed and breakfast. My room was in a annex fronting on to a poorly maintained terrace garden. The main attraction seemed to be a old style street lamp with no light on top. From my window I overlooked what I assumed was rubbish from some building works. My room had an internal door with...

We stayed over for two nights on our way to Looe. The place is clean and tidy. The rooms are a nice size with separate WC/Shower room. The breakfast is also well presented but a little let down as you have to set your own table. Well done one and all.

Stayed for one night while visiting Bristol, excellent location by the M4 just off the M32, literally a couple of minutes off M4. Excellent free parking. Staff friendly and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable. Left too early to take full advantage of the inclusive breakfast (doesn't start until 08:30 on Saturdays which, for us, was the only downside) but...
