Over the year I have had to stay in many of the chain. From the start to the finish it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived early and were checked in the room was clean and tidy. In a quiet location the nights sleep was good. It is a bit remote from other facilitates. The upstairs restaurant was nice...

Great Bar area, we called in for drinks on a Sunday, the wine we ordered was lovely as was the atmosphere, we didn't stay at the hotel, however all the communal areas were very clean. The food in the restaurant that the other guest were having looked very nice and good size portions. I would definitely return for lunch.

We spent a night at this hotel for a wedding. The hotel is amazing. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We used the swimming pool and the sauna. The reception staff were very efficient. We were in room 227 and we couldn't sleep as there was a loud noise like a extractor fan that didn't stop. The night receptionist...

As always a very good stay, with a warm welcome always confident that the level of service and cleanliness will be exceptional. Just one small hiccup the restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening and meals are served in the Stables Bar I ordered a vegetarian meal of Spinach and Mushrooms in a white wine sauce however they had run...

My husband was brought a weekend away for his 50th birthday at this hotel and it included a three course meal for two in the Ostler restaurant. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff and was checked in very quickly and efficiently, we were also given a voucher for a glass of prosecco in the stables bar....

My second stay here. It will probably be my last. I travel for business and have an agency to book all of my accommodation and settle the account. On check out my bill had a charge for accommodation. I pointed out that this was taken care of by account- a fact which was confirmed on check in. Quite sniffly I...

Dear jimbainbridge, Having looked into your complaint, it would appear that regrettably,a mistake was made in reception, by not attaching the chargeback instruction from the agency to your booking details. Without this information, it would have been impossible for the receptionist to know that this arrangement was in place, which is why she asked for payment for your room and...
