The hostal is central and the staff very helpful. In the hostal itself there is a tour desk which was very comfortable. The wifi was although poor and for one day was out of order. The coffee they served was splendid. The room spacious although a little bit cold

Hostal Revash has wonderful customer service. The owner, Carlos Burga, and his team are not only welcoming and friendly, but they also personalized their services to our travel needs. We visited in December 2015. They were gracious, helpful, detail-oriented, and very responsible. We were very pleased with their services for multiple group trips to see the waterfalls of Gocta, as...

It was the high point of a holiday week, and the management took very good care of me. The room was pretty and clean, and had a little balcony on the front. Unfortunately, it was a holiday week and there were fireworks and loud speaker speeches and music. It finished by 11, so not too bad.

I came to Chacha on the advise of friends. I was not impressed. I took a front room with balcony the first night. Don't. The taxi drivers congregate outside at 1 am and are inconsiderate. The hotel is just average. I was comfortable. It isn't expensive. The staff were very helpful in giving advise on travels and by all means...

I stayed here for a week with my family. The hotel is a beautiful historic home right on the plaza. We started in a room with a balcony onto the plaza, with lovely sunlight. But after a few nights we switched to a quieter room at the back of the first patio. Beds are new and comfy, and hot water...

Very nice and charming hostal on the main plaza of Chachapoyas. It's in an old colonial house with wood floor , a courtyard in the middle , very spacious rooms! Very friendly staff who organized our tour to Kuelap. Breakfast is not included but is only 10 soles downstairs.

Near everything. Right next to the main plaza, Fernando, Edward and Carlos were great. They helped us with booking all the tours and gave us good tips to go around the city of Chachapoyas. Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Good prices as well.

Right in the center of the city, I got a room looking the central parc, not to noisy by night. The room was spacious with a tv and big bathroom with a lot of hot water. That place is old spanish hacienda style, nice tree in the center a quiet place close to all. The owner and is son speak...

We stayed for 5 days in a double room. The Hostal is a lovely colonial building on the main plaza so it has a great location and a nice feel, with rooms around a central courtyard. The interiors have seen better days, with some things a bit bodged, but the room we had was clean and adequate for the price....

We stayed at Hostal Revash for 4 days and enjoyed our stay immensely. Carlos let us park our motorcycle in his courtyard. He was very helpful in booking excursions and suggested day trips for us to take on our own. Breakfast was excellent in their restaurant but when we decided to try another breakfast place one morning Carlos was quick...
