We had one night here, and opted for the half board... Best decision EVER. Whilst there are plenty of other dining options in Brisighella, the food that Adriana whipped up for us was a four course feast of home grown, organic, traditional Italian food... And included their very own red wine, a 2008 vintage red, the best 9E we have...

We stayed here for two nights as part of our honeymoon. The location is quite remote, which lends to a very quiet experience. We spent most of our time drinking their (good and cheap!) wine while reading on their awesome covered porch which overlooks their vineyard. It was fun to be in such an un-touristy place - we had an...

We stayed for three nights and wished it could have been longer. Our room was simple but comfortable, and very clean. It had a beautiful view out over vineyards and trees, with a small outdoor seating area. The hosts are very genuine and ready to share their culture and way of life with you, without being overbearing in any way....

Agriturism Il Palazzo is where I want to live if I could live in Italy. The setting is serenity and beauty. The vineyards are lovely to look at, especially from the terrace. The accommodations are immaculate, homey, comfy and relaxing. The hosts, Adriana and Ettore immediately become your relatives upon arrival. It's like going to a cousin's house. Your every...

What a wonderful find Il Palazzo was for us! This agriturisimo(a small inn/b&b on an organic farm) was a welcome respite in Italy. The welcome is warm and genuine by owners, Ettore(Hector) and Adriana. They are tireless in everthing they do. They run their own winery, plant an organic garden, serve incredible meals and seamlessy manage their small inn. We...

Unfortunately we only stayed one night with Hector and Adriana Bianco in September, 2007; we wish it was more. I believe in the summer they have a 3-night minimum. We would definitely return here. It is a small agriturismo home and wine-producing farm near Bologna. Both speak English well. You could easily take day trips to Bologna (50 km), Modena,...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our farm, our agriturismo, which we lovingly call Il Palazzo, was developed generations ago and continues to develop and expand under our care, is located in a scenic neighborhood of rolling hills 2 km or 1.2 miles from the medieval town of Brisighella and 6/10 of a mile from a thermal spa. Here, built upon a natural terrace and within a perimeter of gently rolling hills, vineyards and fragrant woods are located the three guest houses, recently renovated but still keeping to the authenticity of the typical architecture of the Romagnola countryside. ... more   less
