Stayed here in Thakhek city for 2 nights on a family vacation. The hotel is beautifully located on the riverside right in the center of town. There's a covered parking area under the hotel however it's small and tend to be full when the hotel has a few guests. The rooms are reasonable though the room we received was very small. Some of the river facing rooms looked larger with nicer views. However, unfortunately, this was not in our case. Rooms felt clean and bed comfortable however the pillows were terribly soft. The room in general is what you would expect for a ~$30 USD a night hotel - nothing fancy but will do the trick for a few nights. I should also mention that there's no kettle or tea making facilities in room which is annoying for me as an early riser. The hotel breakfast is on the thin side however and instant coffee is the norm - rather disappointing. Though this could be due to the fact the tourism has plummeted since COVID. I suspected that pre COVID, a buffet may have been on offer. Overall, a solid stay at a reasonable price.

Room Tip: worth paying a bit more and getting a riverside room for the views and balcony.

There is a car park below the hotel where you can park your motorbike for free, the rooms are nice and clean and for dinner you can just cross the street and eat in their own restaurant. The breakfast was very good (especially the fruits).

We had a nice view from our balcony with a beautiful sunset with the Mekong just right in front of us. The room itself was spacious and beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant in front - easily accessible.

We stayed at Christmas 2018, and enjoyed, we crossed back to thailand on the bridge some 15 kms away, much easier than the awful road form Vientienne Breakfast was limited but nice, the french bread was excellent The restaurant across the road was a little disappointing, and not up to the standard of a normal french restaurant

Affordable and good restaurant (and hotel) right on the Mekong river. Great view from the rooms and the outdoor restaurant. Nice staff and good value for the money. They have a good selection of both Lao/western food and a lot of beers in the fridge. Try their breakfast set A or B - or come back in the evening to sit and enjoy the sun set on the Thai side.

We recently enjoyed one night at this lovely boutique hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable and we loved the “French colonial” style of the hotel. We enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony looking over the Mekong River. We had no issues with noise from the street. Supper at their restaurant across the street was very good as was the breakfast the next morning.

This is a welcoming lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with very comfortable bed. Shower pressure not very good but adequate for a hot shower. I really liked the peaceful ambiance of the place which was unfortunately slightly disturbed at nights when loud music was heard from a near-by restaurant (my room was facing the back of the hotel). The breakfast was very good and so was the food at the restaurant by the river opposite the hotel. I had dinner there every 3 nights of my stay.

Good Locate along Khong River, Charming with scene in small restaurant infront. Home decor with French style and warm greeting from staff. Strong Wifi, good breakfast and chilling condition surround. Unfortunately, why need to collect the money first day we check in with no proper prepare accessories inside the room

This hotel is a nice place in front of the Mekong river in the charming village of Thakhek. A place that make you feel like in Indochine. We booked a Super Deluxe Double Bed room for 68€. The room is romantic with a balcony where we can enjoy the sunset on the Mekong river. There is a covered parking for the car. There is no restaurant in the hôtel, but they are connected to the Chinese restaurant just close by.
