Mount View Chalet Baling Mountain Garden Village is located at Jalan Mahmud in the heart of downtown Pekan Baling, Kedah, Malaysia, which is about 1 hour drive from Butterworth/Sg Petani and minutes from Gunung Baling and Pusat Rekreasi Air Panas Ulu Legong. Set behind the backdrop of Gunung Baling (Baling Mountain), we are the perfect place if you are seeking for a nice retreat.
We stopped off at Baling Mountain Garden Village for a 1 night stop over on the way to Belum Forest. Check in was simple. Given a key but not provided with any further information. Accommodation was clean and well presented. Wifi was slow. My kids used the little plunge pool. Was ok. Unbeknown to us, breakfast was provided on the table and chairs outside. Nasi lemak and tea tahrik. Eateries just outside the resort next to shell garage. Across the road is a bank/ATM. Central location. Would recommend for a 1 night stop over.

The amenities are comfortable, with a nice view of Gunung Baling at the back. It is right in the middle of pekan Baling so it is easy to find places to eat. It also close to the entrance to Gunung Baling hiking place which is about 1km from Chalet.

1) Got breakfast, Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai and fresh orange
2) Clean and nice view of Baling scenery
3) Helpful and friendly staff
4) Wifi available

Sinki macam dah nak jatuh. Toilet after flush bau busuk berbau satu bilik. Shower keluar air sikit je. Tak puas langsung. Yang lain semua okay je, katil sangat selesa and semua benda tersedia dengan lengkap contohnya iron dan hairdryer. Pemandangan juga cantik. Breakfast tersedia dan sedap.
