My family and I recently stayed in unit 7 from Boxing Day to the 2nd of January. This was a 3 bedroom unit with a king bed, en-suite and WIR in the master overlooking the ocean, a queen bed and wardrobe in the second and two singles in the 3rd, with a separate bathroom and laundry across from the second... We were here for a wkd get away with my friends family. On entry into the apartment, we were all very impressed with the apartment, furnishings and amenities. It had a spectacular views and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend friends staying there. Until we had a few challenges. We arrived in the evening and got to the... More

We stayed in unit 6, booked as 2 double beds in two of the bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom. One of the double beds had two single beds pushed together and were different heights, with a double sheet holding them together. We had paid $140.00 extra to have a double bed in this room. The third... More

We recently had a 3 night stay in a 2 room apartment and paid an extra $20 to have 2 King beds, when we arrived we found 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. After checking our booking with reception our advice was that she would send someone up to make the 2 singles into a king bed, but when... More

Our family stayed in a top floor 3 bedroom apartment in Nov 2011. Views from our balcony and private rooftop area were great, nothing to block the view of the ocean. Location is great with restaurants close by. The problem is the price is 5 star but the amenities are only 3 star. Our "air-conditioned" unit had one noisy window... More

We run supported holidays for people with disabilities and recently had a group stay at Mariner on the Pacific - 8 clients and 3 support staff members. The group said the accommodation was FANTASTIC and Richard was really helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process. We'll definitely be using Mariner on the Pacific for a trip again soon!

Just stayed at Mariner on Pacific in July School Holidays. Well, to start with you book in at another apartment block with Managers who are polite enough and thats about it. They don't check in with you to see how your stay is going and we were booked in for 2 weeks. We were also disappointed to be told that... More
