This hotel proved to be a terrible experience. There was no do not disturb sign which resulted in a mid morning walk in whilst getting dressed (no knock at the door, just walked in) and the movement of all of our belongings when they came in the next day. We were slugged with a 120€ fine for apparent water damage...

We had a great stay here, all staff were very friendly and helpful - genuinely nice people. Facilities are excellent, particularly the restaurant and cellar bar. The rooms were nice but our only criticism would be the beds which weren't particularly comfortable - two single thin mattresses pushed together and only one pillow each. The food was great - really...

Having worked a season in Kirchdorf before, and returning to the village for a ski holiday with friends and my partner, I booked the Tasma expecting more then what we got. We arrive on the Sunday and were greated within minutes, offered an O.J which was pleasant. We were offered a room with a balcony, however, as we had already...

Arriving early evening after transfers from Salzburg, Maria the owner met us & invited us to go straight into the dinning room, where we were served a full 3 course meal. Then she booked us all into our rooms. As there were 3 couples in our group, she gave us the option of all having a balcony or all being...

We stayed at the Tasma in February half term 2013. As our flight was delayed we arrived pretty late, but the owners were there and offered us dinner. They were really helpful for the whole holiday, and though quite gruff, they were very nice. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. As it was our honeymoon they had put twinkly...

Stayed here with my daughter in Jan2012 on a last minute ski deal via Crystal, so it was pretty cheap. Yes, the hotel is a bit old and quirky, as are the owners, but it was fine. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were big and beds were the most comfortable I've ever found in a ski...

We needed a hotel for one night in near the ski slopes in Tirol. Since most Hotels in this area prefers customers who stays for a longer time, we had some trouble finding a place to stay for one night. The Tasma is situated in Kirchdorf which is very central for the slopes in Tirol, but that is the only...
