Manager (excellent English) and staff work very hard to ensure your visit is trouble free, and they deal with requests very efficiently. Have stayed twice in different rooms while hiking the Jordan Trail. Second room and shower needed some painting. Quiet, comfortable. Good Wifi. Skipped breakfast as extra and relatively expensive. Budget rooms okay for price. Close to bus station...

We were excited to find a nice place on the way from Amman to the southern sites like Petra, etc. After looking at the reviews, we were a little nervous, but Cairwan was wonderful. The night we arrived, it had been pouring rain all day. The hotel was easy to find. Our group of 7 used four rooms total. The...

I spent 2 nights here during my solo bicycle trip from Aqaba to Madaba. I found the hotel disappointing and poorer value than any of the 4 other places at which I stayed during my trip in Jordan. Perhaps that is all there is in Karak? Things I liked ================ My room (on the top floor, facing west) was spacious,...

We got there after strolling around looking for a place to stay next to the castle...awful places! Here we were welcomed...the staff spoke good English, explained everything...booked a reliable taxi driver for us in a great price for a whole day tour and explained to him the route that we wanted in arabic (even wrote it down for him). The...

We stayed for one night, and you need to bear in mind what you pay for this hotel when reviewing. We did have a budget room, so perhaps there are better in the hotel. The room was large, the bed comfortable. The downside was it was quite dark and the bathroom was really very basic - leaking water and a...

Taking into account that the accommodation is cheap the quality is very good. In particular the host was so nice. We decided at 10 pm to travel to wadi rum for our day tour and asked him if we can have breakfast at 5:45. He got up and prepared everything. That was so kind. Furthermore they are really attentive. You...
