During the time i visit UTHM, i found this hotel just located beside the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, with the cheaper price room rate RM88, i get a very comfortable bed to sleep. Well locate, a lot of restaurant nearby! Money worth and surely go back again!

New hotel with spacious room and clean. Convenience place to stay for attending conference/meeting in UTHM, about 5 minutes drive. Restaurants at door step. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. However, there was lack of hanger/hanging hook in the room. Overall, value for money.

Please request ground level room if you dont want to climb the stairs. Or perhaps my room rate is the cheapest so the room should be upstairs? Ok, I am allergic to stairs climbing (more to an elevator's fan). But that is ok. I am alone and not bringing heavy stuff.
I saw Mc Donald restaurant. So I believe I wont be starved to death tonight. Oh I saw few restaurants too. Stalls selling fried bananas with cheese.
The hotel location is very near to UTHM. That is the purpose I chose the hotel at the first place. Very near to students hostel too. Upon check in, the girls gave me tv and aircond remote. I felt weird (oh, no tv and aircond remote in the room?). The room is with single bed. No windows.
Shower is ok. Good water pressure. Provided soap, bath gel, and shampoo. There is one mineral water, one towel (due to single check in), but one pillow? I wish they provide extra pillow.
Iron and iron board are at outside of the room. Should share with others. However the iron board is burned. There is a hole there! So I borrowed it, took into my room for a while to iron my blouse and hijab for tomorrow's meeting. Of course please put it back to its place if you do this.
It has free wifi, can access from my room. Extra credit for that :)

The hotel is clean, the room I had was clean, there is internet in the room and the front desk staff are very polite. After a long day I came back and my room was not made up, that was really frustrating. They said I had to inform them that I was going out so they would know, or something of the sort.
Putting that aside, there the location is convenient with a Tesco walking distance and a 24 h Mc Donalds.
The hotel is a shop lot converted into a hotel.
For what I paid, no complain.
