Visited La Omaja in May 2017, mainly because of all the reviews and pictures of the infinity pool. It is breath taking! The best this hotel has to offer is the pool area which has free wifi to use (no in-room wifi), on site bar,...More
This place is a perfect escape for couples, families or even a group of friends. Rustic cabins settled on top of a hill above Mérida. Lovely setting on nice grounds with a fantastic pool and views. Great little restaurant where you get everthing you need...More

We paid $30 for the taxi ride (to and from) Ojo de Agua and paid the entrance fee in cordobas separately when we got there (approx $3 per person). We spent approx 3 hours there swimming , had lunch and our driver was waiting to take us back. On the way back we had also arranged for him to stop at Playa Santo Domingo ...again we spend 2-3 hours at the beach and he was waiting to take us back to the hotel. Very flexible and hotel will go out of their way to help! Most of the activity prices ranged from $30-50 usd.
