Love the clean beach. The place is quiet and cosy. Good for a quiet getaway. No airconditioning in the room and common area, but very cooling. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is good. It's a place I will definitely go back for a getaway!

Got lost on the way getting here. Need more signboards leading to this place, after the roundabout to Kuala Penyu town. In spite of that, the view of the lodge and beach are amazing. Perfect for those who need to escape from the busy city life and just get rest. Love the facilities provided - WiFi services, library, free flow...

Kinda hard to find this place even as a local and we drove there with GPS as a guide i still have to ask the locals where the place is as sign boards are almost non existence. Nevertheless its all worth the trip as the view was amazingand the lodge was great no TV and internet not a problem as...

After spending some time in the Crocker Range and climbing Mt Kinabalu, I wanted somewhere to rest my weary and leech-savaged limbs away from the noise and dirt of Kota Kinabalu. This place was blissfully perfect for a rest on a pretty much deserted stretch of coast, the fact that they feed you extremely well three times a day (the...

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the food and the facilities were spot on. Perhaps the best thing about this little gem is the location. A beautiful sandy beach and warm water. There are loungers and plenty of shade which were much appreciated too. The only tiny negative...

This place is in the most incredible location. As soon as you arrive you can feel yourself relaxing. I spend 4 nights here recharging my batteries reading, swimming and kayaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was really great. The rooms are a little basic and yes there are cockroaches and bugs but the rooms are...

Stayed for only one night but would have liked another day there. Great location - almost idyllic and off the beaten track. Recommended highly. Kids had a great time in the ocean and on the kayaks / surf ski. Food was good but not anything amazing. Staff were polite and helpful. Accommodation was quaint, and homely (however they desperately need...

We loved the food, it was really amazing. The best was the ginger crab! Relaxed quiet location, and the beach was totally deserted. The only negative things are the strong current and the sand flies at the beach. But the lodge also has plenty of seats around the restaurant area and on top of the hill near the rooms. The...

Been here for the second time. I strongly recommend to book "lodge" room as the seaview from the door step. Water pressure had been set! The shower place water too small :( Food was great especially at night.... Good place for relaxation... Good enough for looking privacy feel.

I stumbled upon this place on a trip to Sabah and stayed for two days. It's true, it's a bit remote if you don't have your own 4 wheels, and there is no internet, but what better place to enjoy isolation and solitude for a few days? Beautiful, impeccable grounds, amazing beach, great views, kind staff... what more could you...
