The standard of service and cleanliness was excellent. Our room and bathroom were pristine (and I am very fussy about such things!) The stairwells were clean and smelt fresh, such a good first impression. It initially took us a few minutes to find our way into the building as we thought the main entrance was the back door!! But once...

very pleased with this Premier Inn at Filton Bristol. Great spacious room with all that you need for a short stay. Very pleased that there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very close to restaurant, bus stops and shops.

This Premier Inn does not have a restaurant . Food is obtained next door from the Brewers Fayre. Parking is adequate. The rooms are clean and in line with standard Premier Inn layout. windows openable if wished. Good glazing reduced noise. Tea and Coffee available. Reasonable size shower, though not great power to it. All in all perfectly adequate for...

This is a refurbished hotel, situated in a small shopping mall. Abbey Wood retail park is a short walk away. The hotel is typical Premier Inn, the only difference being the bath has gone and they have opted for a walk in shower, which I think works better. Brewers Fayre is adjacent and serves as eatery for breakfast and dinner....

Very helpful staff. Clean, good sized family room with lots of space. Would have given the family room an excellent score but it is let down by poor storage. A single open wardrobe with a few hangers and a single drawer leaves you living out of your bags if you are staying for more than 1 night.

Run down building from the outside but inside is very clean and modern. Hotel is situated in a run down shopping area. Service was excellent and both staff on arrival and departure were really friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and extra towels and iron provided. We booked breakfast and this was average quality.

Hotel and rooms are great as usual but don't bother eating in the Brewers Fayre next door, way below standard, disappointing compared the many Premier Inns we have been to! Would go back but eat elsewhere!!
