Family trip booked at Davvi Artic Lodge with Transun December 2016. Following a tragic event the hotel, Transun and their staff in Lapland and the UK were unable to recover any of the Christmas magic that we envisaged on this trip. Imagine taking your two young children to Lapland and have them reduced to tears for 2 whole days after...

We visited The Davvi for Christmas booked with Transun and we had an amazing time. The lodge was really warm and cosy, the food was lovely and homely and all the excursions were really well organised. It was the trip of a lifetime, we had an amazing experience! Thank you Transun and Davvi!

This was one of the best holidays my wife and I have been on. A week in this beautiful setting with lots of friendly staff and guests and activities that we have never tried before (or are ever likely to in the Uk!) Snowmobiling, huskies, reindeer, ice fishing, snow shoes, toboggans, northern lights, we did it all, and loved it....

We undertook our Northern Lights Arctic short break with Transun in late February. The lodge we found to be mostly satisfactory: our Aurora House room was very comfortable with a stunning bathroom, warm and with plenty of space. Issues with the room: the fire smoked terribly when we tried to light it, clearly there was something wrong, but staff did...

We had a cabin and I thought it was very good, comfortable bed, large room with plenty of space for clothes and a comfortable sofa. Good shower and fab sauna. Room very warm, but just turned radiator down and was fine, good porch to leave boots and suits in. Saw hotel rooms and they were horrible, really small and depressing,...

We booked this holiday through Transun and enjoyed every moment of it. The flights with Enter Air were on time, the Transun Rep was waiting for us at Kiruna Airport and had all the information we needed waiting for us. The hotel was warm, welcoming and all the buffet style meals were freshly prepared and plentiful. Our lodge was warm...

We travelled mid march for my husbands 50th. we were welcomed at the airport by our transun rep and directed to our coach. the transfer was approx. 2 hours, during the journey you are given a welcome pack and allocated your room or as in our case cabin. Before you reach the hotel you are dropped off to collect your...

Trip to the Davvi with Transun with friends to celebrate a birthday, very well organised, apart from when collecting the snow suits and boots, I think people will agree that it's a bit of a nightmare trying to carry these plus your cases when you first arrive at the hotel. Maybe advise people to either leave their bags on the...

My partner and I stayed here on a week long trip at the beginning of March organised through Transun. We loved every moment of it, the snow was magical, the cabins cosy, and the staff were superb, couldn't do enough to help. The trips were really good, my partner was a natural with the husky sledding, me not so much...

Went as a party of 6 with ages ranging from 23 to 60 and without doubt an amazing break in an amazing part if the world. Stayed in Fell house as we all wanted to be in the same accommodation, although only one bathroom with a little organisation dud not present any problems. Wonderful staff on site ensured that all the...
