This is the third rally I've been to at The Dunes - the rooms are comfortable with a huge shower and the staff are efficient and friendly. A very good venue for a party! It's well-priced and well-positioned for Plett and other parts of the Garden Route.

Neatly maintained, well managed, easy walking access to a beautiful, clean and quiet beach which stretches kilometres. Interesting bird life and rock formations for the interested. Staff were great, helpful, cheerful and quiet ! The resort is within easy access by car to main places of interest, including the Knysna forest, Plet and Knysna lagoon.

The staff is the very friendly and helpful and can't do enough to make you feel at home. The food was of good standard and the bartenders were very entertaining and friendly. They made us feel like we were old friends and went out of there way to make us what we ordered.

We were 6 people staying at one of their duplex and had only a single key for all of us! Rather inconvenient ;-) Otherwise, it was very well decorated and clean (though no cleaning on Sundays?). We all liked the outdoor activities

They must upgrade their TV, 51cm tube Tv's are antiques and considering the price you pay for the accommodation it's utterly ridiculous. They have a 4 star rating but the shower upstairs leaks through the ceiling, the light bulbs are blown and the outside door lock doesn't lock from the inside. It's extremely noisy during the night and this is...

Nice location, not too far from the beach. Apartments felt pretty old with semi-working aircon and not at all working TV. Standard is much lower than the website gives impression of. Overall an ok accommendation but nothing more.
