A family run hotel with genuinely lovely staff who provide a first class service.

Drinks at the hotel are about the same sort of price as the bars in the town. Between 6-8 € for cocktails and 3- 3.5€ for beer. Food is reasonable for what you get. You can have a meal for less than €25 for 2 without drinks. Our favourite resturant was hypocrites, which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is very strict on bringing your own food and drink into the hotel. I asked to have 2 glasses so I could drink some alcohol in our room that I had bought from the shop. They were very reluctant to give them too me until made a fuss. I would suggest getting some plastic glasses from the supermarket and buying some drinks in as you have a fridge in the room. Have a great holiday

Don’t know the name of the beach but if you google kefalos windsurfing you’ll get info. It is also only a 10 mixte walk to a nice beach for snorkeling that is opposite the little island with the church ruin on it
