We just attending a wedding here this weekend and I can honestly say that is was absolutely stunning. The resort was booked for the wedding only, all the staff were all very professional, the grounds were beautiful, cottages were just renovated, the food was very good, and the view of Lake Bernard...well that was beautiful. I can't wait to come...

Stopped here for a couple of days during a long, road-trip vacation. The grounds were very nice, with lots to do at no extra charge - croquet, horseshoes, badminton, kayaking, canoeing, etc., etc. They also have a nice selection of loaner DVDs if you want to watch a movie in the room. Although we were just a couple, it appeared...

I stayed at the Northridge with my wife and two kids in late August. If any other travellers are reading this, I would advise you to steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a 'resort'. I made an account for trip advisor because it was that bad! Upon check in, we had a staff member tell us about a suicide...

We've been coming to the Northridge for many years. The renovated rooms in the main lodge and sleeping rooms were a really nice surprise because frankly the old environment was nothing to look forward to. The dining room is very pretty. Clearly a knowledgeable decorator was involved. Careful about going too too far with the look ... It's a northern...

We just had a family weekend wedding here on Sept. 16 &17 and we couldn’t have found a better venue! We had 150 family & friends attending from all across Canada & several of the States. The owners and staff were very friendly, so flexible & accomodating and worked very hard to make everything perfect. Friday evening BBQ on the...

It is hard to find a true resort in Ontario. While there are many fine properties, most are either simply hotels on a lake or cabins geared to fishing only. The Northridge, which has stood on the shores of Lake Bernard for years, just recently became the premier destination it is. Old world charm with a modern tilt towards trendy...

So, this place is unreal. My boyfriend and I were there this weekend to watch our friends get married and let me tell you it is the most beautiful place to do it. We arrived Friday to the sweetest girl at the front desk who checked us in and told us where everything was. Ths rooms/cabins: Our room was gorgeous,...

My husband and I spent a night here recently to have a little getaway and celebrate our anniversary and my husbands birthday. We loved every minute and will definitely be back. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The resort itself has beautiful grounds with lots to do. The decor in the lounge, lobby and restaurant was some of the...

We went on a labour day weekend and the place was really great. There were lots of things to do because the lake is near by and also they have activities around such as bean bag toss, Crockett, bocce, and more. They also have kayaks, canoes, paddle boards available for everyone. There food was also awesome and the staff was...
