This hotel is very central in Buraimi, and near the hospital. Generous sized rooms, very clean and cool. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Nice swimming pool well maintained. Beds are very firm. It has a good restaurant with a wide variety of food available, and plenty of parking. It has a small bar, but probably not comfortable for females on their own.

Nothing in terms of luxury or high class antics. Just a plain, clean, quiet and safe place to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Close to Buraimi shops, not far from Fossil Valley or Al Mahda desert area, Lulu center, ask for discounts, be sure of your set price for reservation, etc. people were warm but it is obvious that they are worn and not paid well or on time.

But they have almost nothing available on their very small breakfast menu. Have not tried their Dinner yet, slightly scared. But the place is clean and service is good. So a good place to sleep and swim while you wait.

To the manager, Good Day! I am sending you this email to inform you about an incident that happened today with your p.r.o- Mahmood. and me and my sister. First of all i would like you to know that i am working as a service manager for a company here in Dubai so i already have a resident visa here, also i recently had a surgery & my sister is a registered Nurse. But because of my sisters situation i had to take a leave so i can be with her in Oman. We paid Total of 800 dirhams for 1 and a half day which is quite expensive but is actually okay because we had the comfort we needed than sharing with other people. This morning around 3 am my sister and i were already in the bus and was seating comfortably on our seats when suddenly this Mahmood asked my sister to get off the bus to give space to other people who was still outside (no explanation - just shouting asking my sister to leave)so my sister begged him not to let her out because i was also inside the bus and we need to be together. My sister tried to explain to him that i was sick and the only reason i was there was because we want to be together. But Mahmood instead of listening forced my sister out and asked me to go out of the bus as well. Having no sleep, tired and sick - i gave him a non-approval look (based on his attitude towards my sister) and what he did next was the worst part - because he followed us outside fuming with anger because of the look i gave him and started screaming and shouting embarrassing us in front of everyone. and my sister was still begging but he didn't listen. I went to the reception and asked the recepcionist on duty about what was happening and he was also surprised - he went out and talked to Mahmoud but he never listened - in the end he allowed my sister to go back to the bus so i went with my sister and sat beside her - but Mahmoud again "power tripping" asked me to move towards the back of the bus (THERE WAS NO SPACE FOR ME AT THE BACK) and just to avoid confrontation - i followed him and sat on the very small space given to me by the other passengers on the isle of the bus. what he did next added salt to the wound because he asked a totally stranger man sit beside my sister!!! why did you hire such kind of a person? I SUFFERED FROM OMAN TO DUBAI!!!! And i don't think we deserved it, Nobody deserves that kind of treatment. I just can't believe the stress we had to deal with, this morning - everything in the hotel was ok until we saw Mahmoud.

Doesn't know the room number of their guests. when you call the reception and ask them to connect you to a room, they will say, there's nobody there. I don't know what kind of hotel is this!!! Grrr.... really really bad experience!

Been there when I have to exit from UAE for the renewal of my UAE visa... When we arrived there, I liked how their staff at the lobby area try to manage to facilitate us and guide us to our rooms unlike other hotels in Buraimi, staffs are not so accommodating and approachable... instead of helping their guests feel comfortable after a long road trip, they only add to the stress. The staffs at Buraimi Hotel are more polite unlike the hotel I've just visited there in Buraimi lately. Unfortunately, it has been closed down for some reasons... Hopefully, they'd be able to operate back to welcome guests after having a long road trip.

Male exit lodging for Filipino is not comfortable, male exiters are lodge in at the other building far south of the main hotel. An experience that I need to endure just to sleep at night. 😱 Accomodation are also not that good since they are limited in staff. Even though it is a hoyel for tourist there is more than meets the eye.

Last wed. I spent one night Buraimi hotel in oman. I arrived late in buraimi i could find a reasonsble hotel. When i called buraimi hotel they offered my reasonable price i wanted to sleep only. I had an easy access to my car with plenty of space. The room was big but there was no lcd and the tv was small for the room. I was looking for a buffett breakfast but there was none. I did not like the shower in the bathroom. Nevertheless; I will return to the hotel because it is the most ideal hotel in Buraimi. I wish the management can develop the pool area and the toilet room and offer buffett breakfast as soon as possible. Jamal albusaidi. Oman
