We Loved this Hotel, We did the Camel ride at the sunset and the Quad very early in the next morning ! The food was great with a good selection for breakfast and Dinner . My daughter loved the pool and had fun making new friends that helped her with learning Moroccan .

Okay, so I get that there's no tv because they want you to get the true desert experience, but then at least provide a reliable wifi connection. It's really annoying the way it comes and goes. And the air conditioner isn't remotely powerful enough to cool the room. After being out in the hot desert all day, a cool room...

Hello Rosiesmall, Thanks for your comments, Regarding the issue of the internet, there is bad connection in the whole area. We do our best to give the service but is a problem of the internet companies. We are pressing to solve this as soon as possible. The air-conditioning should have worked properly, did you let that know to the reception?...

Our family of 4 did the overnight camel trek arranged through Hotel Tombouctou and I would definitely recommend it. We found doing the camel trek with the hotel as a base was the perfect combination. After a long, dry, hot drive, we got to the hotel a few hours before we needed to leave on the camels and had full...

This attractive hotel is part of the Xaluca group, and is situated right in the desert. The guest and public rooms are all very appealing. I especially liked the smooth curved walls and shelves in our standard room; in looking at their website, I see they describe the walls as having a "lime plaster coating" called "tadalaket." The public rooms,...

Just stayed here for just a night but it's an experience we will never forget. I never thought i'll find something this beautiful in the middle of a desert. I love the rooms with it's doorless bath. I love the view from my window. Imagine seeing the Sahara just outside my window...The best hotel food ever. There was a wide...

Room was fine for the 3 of us as 2 double beds. There was a electronic safe but was not bolted down so we had to carry our passport and money when we went to the sand dunes.. We told the front desk about the safe but they did not care.. Dinner and breakfast was good so I gave an...

This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Morocco. Each room has a different décor, a different color theme. It is spread over a huge area. The sunrise view from the terrace is amazing! The restaurant offers traditional Moroccan cuisine. The only funny thing is that the bathroom has no door! You practically stand behind a pillar to take...

The hotel is very atmospheric and is right on the dunes of Erg Chebbi-you can walk straight from the hotel, or arrange to ride camels. It was a great experience just to be here. The hotel is spacious and has a lovely pool. The blue and sand coloured room was large, with curved walls, and had very comfortable twin beds,...

our least favourite accommodation throughout Morocco. It was well positioned on the edge of the desert within walking distance to the dunes. the swimming pool was inviting (too cold to swim at that time of the year though). But, that’s where it ended. The room was large but appeared to be very artificial and something out of the Flintstones! Bad...
