Although I had only once briefly driven through Hutton-le-Hole before now the sight of the beautiful village made a big impression on me. I knew I wanted to return someday to explore it more and was lucky to come across the Barn in the village as it had a single room en-suite which, for me, was a real bonus as...

We called here for a couple of days and had great satisfaction with the room and a really excellent full English breakfast. The young couple , having had the business for a relatively short time , pulled out all the stops to ensure our holiday was as perfect as possible. We can recommend the Yorkshire pasties for lunch ! The...

Thank you David for your review. It was lovely to meet you both and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. The garden room is very popular because of the direct access to our garden and the seating. It is also on our list of rooms that require a little updating. We look forward to...

Situated in the centre of a most idilic, beautiful little village. The barn B&B is a lovely place to stay, very clean and well presented. Gareth and Caroline were very welcoming hosts. Thank you for our stay I would highly recommend it. Clive from Bradford

We called in at the Barn Tea Rooms for a light lunch whilst visiting Hutton le Hole. I had a Wensleydale Cheese and sweet chutney rustic roll served with crisps and a salad, accompanied by a pot of tea. Everything was lovely and fresh and the cheese was high quality. Salad dressings etc were available. The staff friendly and welcoming....

Thank you for your lovely review. The Wensleydale Cheese and Chutney sandwich has been one of our most popular choices and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed it. We are very lucky to have a wonderful view of the village green and love watching the sheep wandering about. We try and cater for all diets and gluten free...

Stopped off at The Barn Tea Rooms following a walk over the Moors. Had a lovely lunch and there was even a special BBQ. The new owners were very chatty and friendly. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting a reasonably priced delicious bite to eat.

Had a lovely overnight stay with my girlfriend at the Barn. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided us with plenty of information regarding the village and nearby landmarks. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable which the plug-in radiator being very useful and effective. The breakfast was delightful and extremely accommodating for individual needs. Had light lunch. My husband had toasted teacake and jam (not the large thankfully as the regular was quite adequate). I had cheese and sweet chutney sandwich. Bread exceptionally fresh, lovely cheese and chutney and served with crisps and salad. All delicious and washed down with ordinary and green tea. We sat outside and viewed the beautiful village. Definitely worth...

We stayed here with various family and our dog. It was a nice, simple family run B&B which got all the basics right. It was clean and tidy, nice breakfast, and of course superb location. The only problem was the thin curtains, which let in daylight before 5 am, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. They were very friendly, and...

The barn Guest house is a perfect place to stay, rooms are spacious and clean and the location is perfect for a quiet get away. However the best aspect of the Stay was the staff, there are friendly, welcoming and will do anything for you. The tea room is also lovely with fresh, high quality coffee and food, with a...

Last week I stayed three days at The Barn Guest House & Tea Rooms. The owners were friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of negative points I can think of but these are far outweighed by the many positives. Room: I had single room 4 which was very quiet. Thank you for your comments. We appreciate all feedback and take on board your comments about the room. We apologise for the lack of coffee and tea in your room as this was definitely an oversight - all our tea trays, water and biscuits are replenished daily as a rule. Unfortunately we can not do anything about the phone signal...
