Room is not set out very well. Tv is above the bed head so you can't watch tv in bed. Reading lamp didn't work. Crockery and glassware were dirty with lipstick marks on wine glass. Waste refuse pipes ran above our room so there was the nous of a gush of water when the above loo was flushed. Floor or... More

The apartment was quite clean (although we did wash dishes before use as they didn't look vert clean). Our apartment seemed to be only partly ready. No reading lamps, additional linen not in the cupboard although the sign said it was. Not a scrap of a picture on any wall. Now we all know that hotel art may not be... More

A little small for a one bedroom but manageable. The location is fantastic and the apartment is sound proof given it is on a main road. There are cooking facilities and can sleep a family of four comfortably. We had a problem with ants but this could easily be fixed. The staff were very friendly.

Stayed there for 2 nights. When we arrived, there was a very funky smell in the reception area, not sure what it was, however the apartment was reasonably clean. I would recommend washing the glasses and crockery before using them as they've only been washed by the people staying in the room previously. The air-conditioning was old, but did the... More

Located in a university inner suburb, it was a nice place and cosy and really quiet but the heating was too cold because it was a portable mini oil heater. It clearly didn't heat up the room well and it stopped after a few minutes for 15 minutes / 30 minutes then again a few minutes and stopped for 15... More

We stayed in a 3 person studio room. There was a double bed pushed up against one wall and a single bed against the opposite wall with a table and chairs in between. The bed was quite comfortable although only had 1 pillow per person, a second pillow would have been great (wasn't one in the cupboard either). The bathroom... More

My wife and I stayed in Parkville Place Apartments for 16 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment was one of the older ones on an upper floor, the owners being in the process of upgrading apartments from the ground floor up. This meant that there was no sofa or lounge... More
