Service is great and the apartments are very clean. The Wifi works more than less...its not that fast and sometimes it just gets disconected...
only 10 min to the centre with tram and walking just 30 min.
We booked this hotel because we were traveling in from Paris and needed to be near the Brussels Midi train station for an early morning departure to our next destination. Very close walk from the train station over to the hotel, about 8 minutes. Do...More
A walk of about 10 minutes from the Gare du Midi main entrance (side entrances were closed because of the security situation in Brussels at the time) through an unattractive area. No restaurant found nearer than the station - local café smoke-filled.

The apartments are an easy kilometre walk from Gare du Midi-Zuid, clean room, beds and bathroom. Pleasant, helpful staff. Minimal equipment and very few facilities close by but there are plenty of places to eat at the station.

Aparthotel Brussels Midi is not a bed and breakfast hotel...there is no restaurant. It is more of an extended stay type of place--for example, they only clean the rooms once per week. There are some small grocery stores nearby for provisions, and for breakfast you ca always walk to Brussels Midi station where there are several options. There is no parking except for on-street. For rates and availability, use a booking engine which can link you to the best rates.
This is not the place to look for luxury, but if you want basic accommodations close to the station this is a very reasonable choice.
