The location was adeqaute, as there are bus routes immediately outside the hotel. There is a Turkish community in this area, with a lot of good and cheap food options within walking distance. Other than that, there's not much in the area. The Wifi here was bad and we could only access it in the reception area. The room was...

I booked here as I was staying in Brussels for 2 nights for work. I was disappointed on arrival that the receptionist demanded cash payment on arrival, and directed me to an atm 500m away. I then had further disappointment when I got to the room and noticed that there were no windows, with a small roof window providing the...

Two of my friends and I stayed in this hotel and we just loved the customer service they gave us. The guy at reception was friendly and helpful form the begining to the very end. The room was neat and good enough to have a good rest after a long day sight seeing. It is only 15 minutes from downtown...

The only good thing about the hotel was that it had a 24/hour reception. Other than that it wasn't great but good for a 2 star hotel and good if you are looking for somewhere budget to stay. The double room smelled musty like building works but the shower was high powered and worked better than I expected. The bedsheets...

We were travelling so weren't looking for any type of luxury and the hotel was very basic. We did the walk up the big hill from Brussels-North train station which was a bit if a treck, however once we were there, the walk to the centre is all fairly flat back and forth, and the walk back to the station...

Since last year there has been some renovations in the hotel. I have always appreciated the helpful staff and stick by this. Unfortunately the elevator underwent repairs from 11:30 pm until about 2:30 am during my first night. Loud banging and workers talking, smoking, doors slamming etc. Next night was fine and again, the staff was helpful.

This hotel feels like it's a "book by the hour" type of place. I had booked and prepaid for 2 nights. The staff were barely polite - clearly I disturbed her when I arrived to check in. The room was a normal European size room with a double bed. It smelled musty, the bed was lopsided and had springs digging...

We stayed at the hotel for a week during our customers stay in Brussels. The hotel is small and the aisles are cramped. They have free wi-fi (actually quite good connection). The first room was a little unfinished. The night receptionists were really friendly and helpful. There was a day receptionist (female) who was a little bit unpleased. The location...
