We booked this for a stop over on the way back from Croatia The concierge was fanatastic and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We had a car full of stuff and roof box which meant it probably couldn't go in the underground car park. The height restriction is 1.8m but they they were happy for us to take...

We have book trip around Europe and this was one of our first places to stay on our journey. As we had our own car we were also looking for somewhere we can park. This hotel or B&B did exactly that and more! We had our car in the secure garage for extra charge which was not high (I believe...

You get a wonderful apartment for the price you pay for a hotel room in central Brussels. The accommodation is extremely spacious and of a very high standard. The only downside is the location - hence four stars not five. We did walk into central Brussels from here, but it's a good half hour's walk...if that's not a problem for...

I have stayed several times (always in rue Scutenaire building; I note that because they have several properties). Rooms (I have been to 3) have all been very, very clean, bright. Best of all is though breakfast. Coffee is great and you have really good selection of cheeses, meats, several types of fish, fresh pastries. Great garden with outdoor seating,...

I booked 2 nights in what was described as a "suite" which from the pictures looked like a good size apartment with a mezzanine bedroom overlooking the lounge. I found the place easily enough and checked in, as described I was told my apartment was in the building on the other side of the park. After putting in a security...

Our stay here was superb in most ways. This little 10-room hotel is not problem-free: our room was very small (but very modern and had a large bathroom), and some of the staff members (breakfast lady and concierge) were grumpy. However, the reception guy was extremely friendly and very helpful. The communal kitchen/lobby has free drinks (beer included), nuts, candy,...

Very quiet and immaculately clean boutique-like hotel in a side street within walking distance from smaller shops and restaurants within walking distance (20-25mins) from the EU quarters. Plentiful breakfast buffet, free wifi, public computers and even laundry service included on a multi-day stay. Plus free access to snacks and soft drinks etc. 24/7 in the common kitchen, which is excellent...

First time had an amazing 3 room apartment for the price of a room. This time half a room or room 9 which is in the roof with sloping ceilings impacting on available space(picture added). This compromises room layout such that one sleeps with ones head on a radiator and a TV occupies the only desk one could work on....

Normally when you arrive at a hotel you fill out some forms, get keys and walk into your room. The same here but in order to get there you need to get a plan because: first you walk out of the building, then you turn left, walk about 80m, turn right to another street, walk another +/- 100m, then turn...

We stayed for 2 nights in a room on the 4th floor. The hotel is very comfortable, the room was beautifully clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking is in a secure underground car park, the bus to the city centre is just a couple of minutes walk around the corner and takes about 20 minutes. Breakfast is wonderful,...

“I was happy I had a room overlooking the courtyard. I can imagine it is more aesthetic and quiet than those overlooking the street (though I must say, it is a VERY quiet street for Brussels anyway).”
