Went there with my parents and sister, the food is buffet in the main restaurant, but really good selection. Rooms were nice, with AC. The only negative thing to say, is the morning trip you had to do at 6am to the pool, to put...More
Have been to this hotel several times now. Good sized rooms especially big balconies in the family room and everything neat and clean. Cleaners come in every day and the mini fridge is restocked daily with water and juice. Entertainment is good and I like...More
Just come back from a week at the Alba queen.
Lots of screaming kids everywhere running about and leaving a mess even in the nice lobby bar in the evening. I felt sorry for the bar staff and waiters.
The staff were very friendly and...More

Hello! We had euro and dollars, can't say anything about the pounds, there is no problem exchanging any currency, to my mind. Two tips: 1) the rate in the banks is higher than in the hotel (as everywhere, I think), so I'd advise to exchange your currency in Manavgat or Side, you can get there by dolmush (a mini-bus) that stops right in front of the hotel. 2) Paying in liras really helps save money. For example, if something costs 4 liras (which is about one Euro, the exchange rate at the time we were there was 3.8 - 3.9 liras/Euro), in most cases they will not bother calculating how much that makes in Euro or dollars , they will simply tell you it costs 4 Euro or 4 dollars. So, try to exchange some money on the day of your arrival if you want to save some cash.
There is no iron in the room, I looked for it. The nearest shops are really close, as it is said in the previous reply but overpriced. If you go to Side or Manavgat, you can get the same things for less. And I was surprised... More
There is no iron in the room, I looked for it. The nearest shops are really close, as it is said in the previous reply but overpriced. If you go to Side or Manavgat, you can get the same things for less. And I was surprised but it's more expensive to buy in the market than in big Turkish chain stores like Migros or in Carrefour. We found really good deals there for Tukish delights, etc.
