Minibar fridge doesn’t work, coffee machine not working, room is not clean, beds not comfy at all. I am talking about family room. 4 people and 1 bottle of water ?? Outdoor is not clean. One positive thing is the food.

Stayed in this hotel just for a day. Nice hotel on the shores of Dead Sea. Nothing fancy but decent clean rooms. You can walk to the beach but there are regular shuttle service also from the hotel. Friendly staff. There was an Indian chef who was happy to suggest right dishes

If you mean the day use, i think it's around 30jd, because most of the hotels there they have this range of price. And that includes the Towels not lunch.

Room rate typically includes breakfast & dinner, we didn't order drinks so I can't tell you whether it's expensive or not. Should be lesser than the other 5 stars, if you have a car you can go to the Samarah Mall, they have other eateries there or for a beautiful sunset to the Dead Sea Panoramic Complex. Please note that prices in Jordan are expensive esp. alcohol.
