We stayed for one night - three friends and a dog - in the downstairs family room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We were met by the lovely manager. The Granary is ideally located close to the main road through Darling, within easy walking distance of most of Darling's main attractions. The only odd things...

We were inconveniently double booked and were told on the Friday we could have the Saturday too. We were working at a festival nearby until early Sat morning. To our surprise we got woken up and told to leave. No one bothered to take responsibility and we eventually had to leave. The owner Leon Nel didn't even bother to give...

Things have changed since the previous reviews!!!! As I said, comfortable, but maybe a bit more rustic than my usual.... Breakfast in Chicory Cheese...

Ideally situated to walk to restaurants and the Brewery. We booked for 2 nights and put in a show at Evita and a few wineries. The owners Paul and Wendy were very friendly. The place was kept spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast great.

Just like to thank both Paul and Wendy for the excellent stay at your quaint little guest house. Felt completely at home with a lovely room. Will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone needing accommodation in Darling. A really nice break away from the norm of life.
