Nice staff, clean, good food, nice pool, great beach within walking distance. Don't miss the planned social times. Building is old and needs lots of repairs, which they are working on. Grocery and many wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

It was a good mini vacation for my boyfriend and I. First off the staff at reception were very pleasant, Marcia our rep was very nice and helpful as was everyone else. When we got to our room i was amazed it was huge....big comfy bed, 2 televisions, a balcony with a view to die for especially from our private...

It's not terrible, but it wasn't great, either. The rooms are big, but very outdated. Initially, we were given a key to someone else's room. When we told the front desk about it, the guy seemed confused, but gave us a new room. A few days later, when we needed a new key to that room, a different guy said...

my group of 7 stayed here while on the island for spring break and to say the least the workers overall were pleasant. Especially Paulo and his girlfriend who run the restaurant. He actually engaged with us and we had very interested and pleasant conversation. Also could never forget the bartender. amazing drinks he makes, highly recommend to ask for...

We last stayed at Sapphire 2 years ago and were not impressed, so when we recently stayed there for a week, we weren't sure what we would find. It was a nice surprise!! They are working diligently to turn things around. There was a cargo container filled with new refrigerators, which they were installing every day for the week we...

We are owners at the Sapphire Beach and were pleasantly surprised by all the repairs and updates that have take place during the past year. The rooms were pleasant, and included numerous updates. We found everything very comfortable and it is in an ideal location. The bonus was the pool area, which included new chairs and umbrellas and peace and...

We stayed at the Atrium our first week and the Sapphire our second week. That's like comparing a Porsche to a Ford Escort. Everything you could want in accommodations and customer service is at the Atrium. Not so much at the Sapphire. The pool is nicer at the Sapphire, that's the only thing that is nicer. Checking in we were...

This place is so run down. the owners are supposed to be renovating-they are placing bandaids -where the whole place should be knocked down and rebuilt. A good location-but they no longer have their own beach. The restaurant is no good and there are no services or amenities. Don't bother!

Sapphire Beach Club Resort is in a great location on the island. However, the resort itself has gone downhill in the past 20 years. I'm not sure why maintenance has gone downhill. It isn't perfect, but you can certainly look past that with the views you get and the accessibility to everything. I've been 4 times in the past 20...
