I do not understand how this could be a 3-stars hotel. The room was fitly, dirt all over the floor and on the appliances. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the bedsheet with large stains (blood or worse?) and we immediately asked for clean ones. We made the bed ourselves, just to notice that those too had smaller stains. Also towels and shower carpet were missing, so it looks like the rooms wasn't ready. Not even an apology when I report this. The bathroom is what you would expect at a remote bus station, plus mould all over the shower wall. Breakfast was ok, but I still cannot get over why nobody bothered to to clean a floor and provide clean sheet? Please avoid!

Booked this hotel at the last moment as wanted to take my elderly mother in law on a short break by the sea.The only thing that I would fairly rate at this property is the breakfast buffet. They had a good selection of coffee and Malaysian cuisine.Other than that the stay was disappointing. The rooms have not been well maintained. They were not only dated as mentioned by another reviewer here, but they were dirty. There was bunches of hair lying on the floor of the hallway. The room floor didn't seem to have been swept as there was food on the floor and ants crawling on the mould infested bathroom. To make matters worse, there were lipstick stains on the coffee cups! This is probably the worst review I have left here , and I would normally hesitate to write a bad review, but the standards of this hotel are so poor that I feel that it was my duty as an honest traveller to warn others to avoid this property if possible.

Went there as my office had a function in the hotel. As the function ended late so I just used the room for sleep. My room was ground floor overlooking another block across a small field. Curtain was close for privacy. Room had a musty smell especially near the toilet. Toilet looks big with shower space with curtain, toilet & washing sink. Decently clean. Room too. Furniture looked dated but tidy. Beds looked made up & clean. Wardrobe was functioning along with air conditioner and tv. Didn't have breakfast there so couldn't comment about it. This is my third visit in a period of 10 years

I need to queue for 30 minutes during checking in process. Please improve. Room was ok. Old fashioned and dated. Booked a room for elderly parents for 1 night, it would be good if they can just call to order room service food for dinner so they can just rest in the room. Unfortunately there was no phone provided in the room. When i complained at the reception counter, they just mentioned ‘ oh, setengah bilik phone memang rosak yer puan’ come on! You can give a better answer. That’s not the answer we want to hear. At least replace with 1 functional phone. No towel provided until 7.30 pm!! Thats so disappointing.

Reached the hotel early and were allowed for early check in. No breakfast buffet as it is Ramadan time. However, please consider to provide a simple breakfast buffet for the non-muslim. There are at least 4 families of non-muslim during our stay and the set breakfast is not enough for those with younger children as it is only for adult. Those with younger children either need to share the breakfast set or buy a kid set.

My family room number is 202 and stayed for 1 night on 21st November 2018. Sugar sachets just two only provided for family room. The waterheater's sprinkle hanger damaged and the syampoo just one only in the bathroom. The worker not really good performance.. Need to supervise from the hotel's management. The breakfast just average good and tasty. The room and toilet also looked average clealiness. The hotel's staff friendly and highly recommended for family activities.

Stayed for 3d2n. Hotel is about a few hundred meters by road to the beach. It is located a bit secluded from the crowded beach. But only takes about 5minutes by car to the beach and seafood eating places. Room has 1single and 1queen beds. Room can sleep nicely a family with 2-3 kids. Breakfast is normal food served at medium sized hotel. Family with kids would like this hotel as it has 2pools separately for kids and adults. Choose rooms depending on your tolerance and need to be near or far from the pools. Ample parking space. Has bicycles for rental. Book early as this hotel is quite popular with tourists. May visit this hotel again. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.
