The Freme Rainforest Lodge tour is brilliant. I had a great day, which completely exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made everyone in the group feel comfortable, and showed us all sorts of things, from a Pygmy squirrel to a flying lizard. The national park is pristine and diverse, and I would have been happy with just the longboat cruise up the river , let alone the walk through the forest, the canopy walk, the fish spa and the river tubing. Morning tea, lunch, transfers, booking process all great - and very responsive, particularly considering I only booked the morning before. This is more than worth your time and money.

Our family of 32 thoroughly enjoy the 2 day 1 night package with Freme Travel, arranged by Sugu. Exciting,fun, activity filled, excellent local food and great family bonding. Our 80+ year old grand parent / parent enjoyed the activities as well, proving that with support and careful planning, seniors can also enjoy outdoor experience in the rain forest. Thank you to all.

Our group of 5 had a memorable visit to the 4 tier Sg Apan waterfalls, located about 20 minutes upstream by boat from Temburong. Superbly organized by the inbound travel manager Sugu, we were accompanied by 4 excellent boatmen & guides who assisted us to through the challenging and slippery terrain. Highly recommended. The white rafting on way back was fun. Had an enjoyable late lunch at the Lodge. Whilst expensive, this trip is totally worthwhile; & Freme are seasoned accomplished tour operators

A very nice day for a trip, with friendly staffs and excellent service provided. Its hard to walk if you don't have proper shoe. Very nice view of the 4 waterfalls at Sg Apan the water is cold n refreshing. The food in my photos are promotional foods if you would like to try, you need to call a few days ahead to preorder it.

Facilities at the lodge are basic, but good enough for our family of 5 that were accommodated in a family room. All meals were delicious and kid friendly. Don’t expect good Wi-Fi in the heart of nature. From the lodge, we enjoyed a thrilling speedboat ride to the hiking place in the Ulu Temburong National Park, a refreshing fish spa at the waterfalls and an exciting river rafting back to the lodge. Kids also enjoyed the Flying Fox zipline and rock climbing the next morning before our return to the city. Overall, a very memorable overnight experience which we would highly recommend.

I had a day trip here and it was fun. Jungle walk, river cruise and lunch. They took great care of me and it was a nice getaway from the city. The naturalist provided good details during the jungle walk, the river cruise was a great way to get a different perspective of the area (and a nice breeze rot cool down).

Overall, an excellent overnight package, If going to the rainforest with friends and family, it ticks just about all boxes. Great activities, friendly and accommodating staff, very good food, finally, good value for money. On behalf of my group, thank you, we’ll definitely book again.

Freme lodge was impressionable the moment i lay eyes on it. The premise is kept very clean despite being within the outdoors as shoes are not allowed within the common areas and the upper floor to avoid dirt staining the parquet flooring. The rooms come in twin sharing or bunk bed system and i got the air conditioned one on the first floor all to myself. It was really clean and the premise comes with wi-fi. So it is the ideal location to reside it within the rainforest. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly so additional points for that. I highly recommend the lodge!

We were greeted with a very warm welcome parties from the start to till the end. At the Bangar Jetty, Ivy greeted us and took great care of us from there on. Initially we were in a group of 5 but my friend and I were the only one who will spend a night at the lodge. Nonetheless, on the day we arrived we get to experience together with the other fellow adventurers. It was good going on hike up to the canopy walk, we took our time and pace ourselves to enjoy and absorbed the nature. For those who has some difficulty on their knees, it is advisable to bring along your hiking stick as we found it was so helpful for our ‘poor’ knees. Ivy patiently waited for us and ensure we are alright. Then after we went to the waterfall and get to experience the ‘nibbling’ fishes. Awesome experience. Lastly, rafting back to the lodge and to have our lunch. All the adventures definitely have workout our appetite. We were famished and lunch was good! So was our bbq dinner, the next day meals – breakfast, lunch. The accommodation is basic yet clean and comfortable. We were eager to experience the next day activities which started with watching sunrises. Ivy and Ginda (I hope I spell the name correctly) accompany us hiking up to watch the most beautiful sunrise with mist added! Very beautiful indeed. We spend sometimes there and just enjoy the fantastic scenery. Worth waking up early indeed. Then after back to the lodge to chill and have breakfast, cooking demo (and we get to taste it after with our normal lunch..great!), kayaking and other outdoor adventures – abseiling, zip line, wall climbing and just lazing around under the cinnamon trees in a hammock. We were well taken care of by Ivy, Ginda and Syafiq while we enjoy our outdoors activities. They are very attentive and ensure our safety is at the best. Overall the staffs are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Really enjoy the experience and Thank you. Worth the experiences!
