After a bit of confusion with the booking and who was organising the event, I confess to have been a little bit worried that it would not go smoothly. I neednt have been at all concerned. The event was excellent. We were given an almost private space in the bar area, next to the log fire. There was plenty to...

A totally smashing hotel! I needed a room that allowed me to bring my Dachshund as she was attending the Leominster Eye Clinic. The staff could not have been more obliging, helpful & friendly. The restaurant uses fresh produce from the food centre with grand panache, served in a beautifully furnished dining room. The bedroom was perfect for our requirements...ground...

Friendly welcome, excellent restaurant with delicious food (try the trio of lamb) and very comfortable beds. Breakfast at The Kitchen was everything one could desire. Our stay was just overnight on a long journey but we expect to return for a few more days another time to explore the area.

Stayed with 4 friends at The Clive to go to the races, which sadly were cancelled due to freezing conditions. The Clive served excellent food, very varied and with friendly service. The rooms were comfortable, modern and warm.

We recently held a family luncheon party for 27 people in this delightful hotel and from start to finish we could not have had better service. Hugo, the assistant manager, went above and beyond his duties, even coming in on his day off to ensure everything went well on the day. We had a private dining room which looked stunning....

The hotel was lovely, even thigh just outside Ludlow, plenty to do with the Plany shop and the Ludlow food centre round the corner. The room was nice and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic!

The Room The room was lovely. Nice and warm and modern but not brash. The bed was fantastic, very large and so comfy. Wifi was free and easy to use. Shame that the loo roll was cheap thin stuff even though it was folded over in a fancy way at the end. The evening meal The meal was nice but...

This is a really superb little hotel. The restaurant is great, with well-above standard pub food made with lots of fresh ingredients. What really stand out are the rooms though; large, spacious and filled with nice touches whether it is the nice lighting, the great-value mini-bar with a range of high-end drinks, the complimentary coffee tray with a cafetière and...

The bar was nice and cosy, the restaurant didn't have quite the same ambiance but very clean and well spaced. I liked the fact the 6 of us were on a round table- made it really easy to involve everyone in conversation. The staff were attentive and took care of us well. The food was very good but not spectacular....

We booked the room last minute. The room was very nice with good amenities - tea, coffee (instant and cafeteria) chocolate, tea (loose and teabags) biscuits and complimentary bottled water. There was a mini bar and the prices were not too outrageous. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities good. The room was quiet and we slept well. We...
