    Outstanding (and Friendly!) Service
    Was picked up at the airport by Ricardo, and honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my ride -- or him! The car was immaculate, the trip was comfortable, and the driving was exceptionally safe. But what made it a five star experience was my driver, who was remarkably kind and a fascinating person to talk to. He answered so many of my questions about the island (it was my first visit, so I had a lot!) and gave me some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. As advertised, Ricardo truly made me feel like a VIP, and kicked off my vacation in the best possible way.

    Superb service by Platinum Express VIP.
    Our driver (Kareem Fulford) provided superb service!!!! He arrived on time, waited patiently at the airport until we we processed through immigration and custom, provided a smooth transfer from the airport to our accommodation and engaged in friendly conversation. Oh and did I mentioned that Platinum Express VIP can equipped with car seat readily available for use. As my family and I were traveling with my 3yr old son, this was a great addition.

    First Class Transportation w/ Ricardo
    First class service & experience with Ricardo & Platinum Express. Once clearing customs and notifying the curb agent the car arrived very quickly. The car was very clean and Ricardo gave a brief tour of hotspots & dining options as well as a little history of the island. Would highly recommend to friends & family.

    We have used this service both times we have come to Turks. They are always extremely friendly and reliable. The vehicles are spotless and the drivers always dressed to impress. Our driver this time was Ricardo who’s also a local fireman. I loved his exuberance and style. We hope he’s enjoying his vacation in Orlando. Thanks Ricardo!!

    Amazing drive from resort to airport
    Was driven by Alain, Amazing driver professional but sociable. Highly recommend if you use this service to request for him. We kept up conversation, was able to relate to our conversation. Didn’t just act like a driver but also as a friend, it was definitely a lot nicer than when you get a regular car and they are silent for the whole drive.

    Quality Transportation with Premium Service
    Platinum Express is the premium way to go to move around in TaC. Alain was an excellent driver and passionate local expert. They were able to accommodate our car seat needs as well, so we didn't have to bring our own. We would use them again

    Carlon Driver, best service!
    Carlon was so helpful and friendly! He made our ride to the airport pleasant, and even though we were sad to leave the island and have a close to our perfect family vacation, he sent us off in the best mood. Would highly recommend this service and make sure you request to have Carlon as your driver!

    Excellent experience
    They were on time and reliable. Alain was very friendly and a safe driver, and knowledgeable about the area. They had a big clean SUV with AC and very accommodating for our family with 3 kids- they were able to provide booster seats. When we come back we will definitely use them again! Would highly recommend.

    Great Experience
    We stayed on Turks for 5 nights and had the privilege to use Platinum Express as our daily transportation. The drivers, specifically Ricardo and Sauricio, were the most professional drivers we ever had the pleasure of having. The cars were impeccably clean and very comfortable late model Cadillac Escalades.
