Pick up at the airport was swift. Driver was already waiting at the arrival area. Return transfer was in a mini van. Driver was punctual. Clean car. Drivers have limited English capability. The office staff are fluent in English. They will drop you a whatsapp to confirm your pick up the day before. A good plus.

I found Krabi Shuttles online and booked a return airport shuttle Krabi to Sofitel Phokeethra. The booking was confirmed online and we paid cash to the driver on arrival. I received a text the day before arrival confirming where the driver would be and he was there waiting for us at Krabi airport. We also received confirmation re pick up at the hotel on departure. Very efficient, great communications and a very reasonable price.

Excellent service. Driver was on time when he picked us from airport (our flight was late). Cars were in good condition. At the time when we were supposed to go back to airport, driver was about 30 minutes late, but company still sent info about this via whatsapp.

We used Krabi Shuttle recently for all our transfers in Thailand and service was excellent. Communication was superb with messages the day before to confirm pick up time etc and was always on time. Are there cheaper alternatives, yes possibly, but recommend every time

Everything was as expected. We had a comfortable drive from Krabi airport to Koh Lanta. Our baby got a good baby chair as we asked for an had a good sleep. Driver was professional and car was comfortable. Thumbs up!

The transfer service was great, we so recommend. Whenever we sent messages due to flight changes we have had a quick response, very understanding and on the day of the flight, the driver waited for us because our flight was delayed. Everything went very well, we managed to understand the drivers even though they didn't speak English.

Was let down by a hotel as to pick up from Krabi international airport. Found Krabi Shuttle on line and within a couple of minutes I'd booked my pick up, paid for it and had confirmation as to when the driver would be there to greet us. Brilliant! I'll never use anyone else let alone the hotels concierge service for pick up and drop off anymore.

Cannot recommend highly enough. For a change decided to fly into Phuket and get a taxi direct to Koh Lanta, instead of collecting our luggage at Bangkok and then checking in for flight to Krabi and then taxi to Koh Lanta. I think the taxi took about 3 hours (it was so comfy I slept most of the way and it was dark). Looking forward to return journey. It was reassuring they sent a confirmation text a couple of days before.
