Private 40 ft Catamaran Snorkel Tour - Los Arcos (29 Adults 12 & up, 2 kids and 2 babies (1 yr old)) From booking through the private snorkeling tour this company was wonderful to work with. Customer service answering all of my questions, almost immediately, when looking at booking with them. When we arrived at the port it was a little difficult to understand exactly what to do and where to go, but as I was calling the company to ask, staff found us and immediately started preparing us for our trip including: helping with the final payment, port fees and working with the port security team. We started on our journey with a drink in our hand and wind in our hair. The staff was all very happy and wonderful on the boat, Alex snapping pictures from the start, both in and out of the water. Once we were close to the islands, the staff made sure everyone had snorkels, masks and fins, helped with flotation devices and ensured everyone knew where to go what to do. Once back on the boat we made a quick loop around the islands and were coasting back to port with food and drinks. The staff was wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great trip.

Our catamaran excursion was enjoyed by everyone involved. The team of Freddy, Julio, and Captain Chuy made us feel right at home, explained everything well in advance, and took great care of us while we were on board. They also arranged to have fishing poles and receive a lily pad, things that helped make our experience even better. Also, the food was tasty and everybody had a great time overall. Thank you again.

The whale watch was excellent and exciting. We did find it a little disorganized in instructions on how to locate you after we left the cruise terminal and there was quite a lot of waiting around time once we checked in with your Kiosk before we were led down the walk to the boat. Once the boat arrived, it was disappointing to find that many of the seats were already filled up from an earlier pickup somewhere before the boat arrived for us. Aside from those issues, the boat was nice. The lunch provided was excellent and the crew onboard were friendly and entertaining and fun. We enjoyed the experience very much. I just wish it had been a bit longer out with the whales.

Making the reservation for airport shuttle transfer was very easy. I speak a little Spanish but I didn't need to as the customer service people were fluent in English. Johann, Sandra and Mila were all super helpful and responsive, even after I made a change request to add two more passengers to the van. Clear instructions were provided so when we walked out of the airport, it was easy to find our contact person and be guided to the shuttle van. Everything went smoothly.

Last minute private booking over Fathers Day weekend. Was accommodated with a quick web chat for a tour departing in less than 24 hours. The tour itself was AMAZING. Our tour guide was knowledgable and shared a lot of local cultural history. Y'all have become my first stop for Puerto Vallarta tours!

We had an amazing experience with this snorkeling tour! They were incredibly accommodating and managed to book our group of nine at the last minute. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable in the water. The snorkeling spots were stunning and we were able to swim through the arches of Los Arcos. The best part was we got an extra whale-watching experience during our lunch break (lunch was provided)! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free adventure!

My husband and I had a fabulous 9:00AM Beach Horseback Riding Tour and highly recommend this tour to others. We had a minor hick-up being picked up but Hector arrived and saved the day. He was very good at explaining about the area on our journey to the ranch. The ranch is in a lovely secluded area and was very neat, tidy and well kept - as were all the animals we saw. I was used to riding a feisty Thoroughbred mare and was a little disappointed at first to be riding a smaller, quiet, grey horse. It actually turned out to be good for me as I was able to truly relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Ricardo, our guide was great. He was knowledgeable, relaxed and competent. It turned out that we were the only ones on the tour and therefore we had his full attention. We both enjoyed riding through the peaceful tropical rain forest, the village and loved waving at the locals who had lovely smiles. The best part for me was a canter along the beach. I can cross it off my bucket list:) Yahoo! Back at the ranch we had a very enjoyable lunch prepared on the property by a polite, pleasant young man who helped prepare our food. We were glad to have paid for the photo package and like to look back at our experience with good memories. The transportation back to Puerto Vallarta was a bit disorganized but we made it back to our hotel. Our only negative regarding the tour would be the transportation but still gave 5 out of 5 as the tour itself was fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful and we would go on this tour again. Thanks everyone!

Used this company for a transfer from airport. Communication through email was good. Representative was waiting outside clearly marked. He took us to our ride and we were on our way in a couple minutes. The driver was courteous and got us to our resort safely. We would definitely use again.

The tour was so worth it. Me & my partner had so much fun! We did the ATV bridge tour and it came with a tequila tasting at the end. We loved how the staff was very friendly and gave us safety instructions before beginning our tour. The views of this tour were amazing!
