This company was very professional and friendly. Mickey was super awesome. We requested him on our return back to airport since he was so awesome on the way to our hotel. We asked questions about the area and he was very helpful and a joy to talk with. We would use them again and we would definately ask for Mickey. One note, watch out for the sharks right inside airport before leaving the building. Follow the directions that Vallarta Transfer gives you. Do not stop go straight outside to find Vallarta Transfer. The guys inside will say they are with the transfer company and tell you to go over to another group of people who pretend to be with your transfer company. They will try to rope you into buying tickets and try to get you to go do a time share speech at another hotel. But they are tricky they do not say time share. Pay attention and read your emails from Vallarta Transfer. They will tell you to go directly outside to find them.

Used Vallarta transfers and incentives to go from a hotel in Puerta Vallarta to Chacala an hour and a half drive north of PVL. Arranged for the transfers via internet. Martin picked our group of six up (he was 10 minutes early) in a new Mercedes van and helped load us up. We speak some Spanish so Martin provided us with a wonderful tour as we made our way to the air bnb in Chacala. The van he used was roomy with great AC. Martin navigated the narrow cobble stone roads with care and expertise and even gave us lunch recommendations in Chacala. Highly recommend these guys, we had a first class experience and are now booking our other transfers with them.

We've spent a lot of time in Baja, but not so much in PV. We were so happy to find Puerto Vallarta Incentives to transport the five of us, five suitcases and three sets of golf clubs! Our Vehicle was a beautiful Mercedes van with Carmelo as our driver. He was absolutely amazing with all of his recommendations, etc. We continued to hire him throughout the week, and reserved one day where he drove us south and shared not only the history, but some of the BEST beaches, restaurants, etc. he took us into the jungle where you have the option to rent ATVs, go zip lining, or simply sit and enjoy cocktails and lunch next to a gorgeous river to cool off. Topped off a fantastic day with tequila tasting in the jungle!

We had an amazing experience with Vallarta Transfers and Incentives! From the initial booking to the final drop off, the whole experience was really seamless. They made our trip to Puerto Vallarta SO easy and took the stress out of a busy airport pickup. Our driver Miguel (Micky) was great and super friendly! He was on time for both of our pickups and provided cold waters and beers for our whole group. They also even went the extra mile to help us celebrate a special occasion for one of the members of our group! Vallarta Transfers did a great job picking us up and getting us to our condo. I loved how easy the portal is to select options, like waters, beers, grocery store stop, etc... The customer service was super fast to respond to any questions or requests I had as well. Our driver was great and gave us many helpful tips that made our stay in Puerto Vallarta even better. Will call them again for rides next visit!

This was our second trip to PV--and second time using Vallarta Transfers--and the experience truly couldn't have been more seamless. Easy to book, prompt and reliable, and the best customer service. We had a large group of 14 people (including an infant), so I was naturally worried about the whole travel experience and tried to build in extra time at every stage to ensure we were never running behind. We ended up getting through immigration and customs at the airport almost 40 minutes ahead of schedule, and yet our Vallarta Transfers van was already waiting for us at the airport, giving us a smooth airport transfer experience without having to wait. The drivers and other staff were so kind and helpful (especially Charlie!) both to and from the airport. We hope to be back to PV many more times, and we for sure will only ever use Vallarta Transfers for any transportation needs.

These folks were happy to make special arrangements for us and we were grateful. I think they specialize an airport transfers, but we needed to transfer from the city to Puerto Vallarta to a beach hotel two hours away and then back,neither trip to the airport. They charged us a fair price and we loved our driver, Martin. Cars were clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Vallarta Transfers all around. We were staying at a resort that had a different company that they recommended who did not have any affordable options for us so we decide to search for a better option and thankfully landed on Vallarta Transfers. Their entire team was great even when we had to make a few last minute changes. Our driver was also very nice as well and the shuttle was very comfortable. Would definitely use them again.

The customer service team was great to deal with. Easy online booking process. Changes was easily made and great communication from the team. My name was clearly written on a whiteboard so we had no troubles finding the team after coming out of the airport amidst all the people standing outside and the gauntlet of time share people. They quickly escorted us to the van, loaded all our of luggage and also provided us beverage for the ride to the hotel. I would recommend this company for your transportation.
