The street is very nice. We just got ripped off by an ice cream seller who didn't post his prices. Accustomed to the soft prices of Thailand and the honesty of Thais, we forgot to ask the price. Result for two ice creams (basic, a ball) without any other ingredient on it, it charged us 300 baths or practically 10 €. It's the ice cream vendor who has a pole and has fun not really giving the ice. That's a joke. I understand better why he doesn't post his prices. What a great scam.

Khao is the loudest, most colorful and smelly street in the city. You can't miss visiting it! I don't recommend a hotel in the middle of Khaosan if you want to sleep 😅😅. Street food (including insects, crocodile meat, etc.), Thai food and music everywhere

The place is a must visit if you’re into loud music, crowded places and looking to explore the night life. There are a lot of bars on the stretch of the road and it’s pretty tough to decide on a particular bar. There are a few souvenir shops on the stretch for some quick shopping. You also see a lot of people selling balloons I don’t exactly know what that is though. All the bars are free to enter but there is this one particular bar that you need to pay to enter and that bar was banging. Keep in mind that there’ll be a lot of people pulling you towards their bar so the choice is yours.

Khao San Road in Bangkok is a famous tourist street located in the city center, next to the Grand Palace and the Chao Phraya River. The street is famous for its unique atmosphere and colorful activities, attracting tourists from all over the world. You can find a variety of bars, restaurants, food stalls and shops here to taste local food, buy souvenirs and experience Bangkok's nightlife. During the day, Khao San Road is also a lively shopping place with a variety of cheap clothing, handicrafts and decorations. Whether it is day or night, Khao San Road is an exciting place to go, full of energy and vitality.

The Khaosan itself is quite crowded. But all the little streets around this neighborhood are an absolute highlight for me personally in Bangkok. The small restaurants with the live music 💕, the small shops and stalls... A visit is especially worthwhile in the evening, here everything is illuminated. Beautiful.

It is fun to go at least once, but if you visit at night it is very loud with all the bars music competing with each other which results in just noise. Load of bars and jump in one to sit and watch the crazy unfold. Tuk tuks around here will rip you off if you aren't careful. You will get offered bugs on sticks, tattoos, laughing gas every second step which gets really annoying, but it was a bit of fun for an hour or so then our eardrums needed a rest.

It's loud, brash, mad, hustling but well worth an hour or two of your time. We loved it just for fun. Ate at Jo Jo's which we really enjoyed...let us sit and watch the world go by and what a crazy world....makes you smile.

Most famous street of the city among tourists, mainly by the youngest gallery. The movement of tourists begins in the late afternoon or early evening, it is when this pedestrian street turns with the opening of bars and baladas for all tastes. In the barracks you can buy or just take photos with the eccentric foods, such as scorpions and insects on the stick. Anyway, if you like balada and more busy environments, visiting Khaosan Road is a must-see program.

Listen, if you want gilts and glam, stay away. This is not what this street is famous for. Bars and clubs galore, this is the place to party. People flood onto the streets to drink and dance in and out of whatever bar they’ve stumbled into next. Mixed in with A LOT of street food (including the bugs you need to try) and some fake clothing stalls. The whole point is to be swept away in the madness, so embrace it!

An essential visit to Bangkok to enjoy its nightlife. Many street food and drink stalls, overlapping each other, with people mingling. It is very interesting to get away from the main street and walk along others to see other environments.
