- LifeAquatc102 contributionsAmazing architecture, pre-book to go up!Despite being such a tall and iconic building, the twin towers are surprising hard to see in their fullness. This is because the downtown area of KL has multiple tall buildings which means you have to be up close to get a view. The site itself is pristine and attached to a large shopping mall and park with a concourse area at the front. It is actually almost impossible to get t full length view of the towers from the front concourse because of the relative size of the towers compared to the concourse. Better photos are to be had from the KLCC park behind the shopping centre. Inside, the building is a functioning office for the Ptronas company and has within it a symphony theatre, gym and other offices. I had rocked up expecting to be able to buy a ticket at the door but the number sold each day is limited to somewhere in the region of 1000 with at least half sold online. It meant that the next available tickets were two days away! While I’m sure that the views from the viewing platform would be spectacular, I felt that the time within the building, the mall and the park were equally good and allowed for multiple photos to be taken to provide the ideal photos to make family and friends jealous. Definetley worth a visit and stay for the lights to come on as well.Visited February 2024Travelled soloWritten 20 February 2024

- kingyd2017Haworth, United Kingdom445 contributionsWonderfulThe Petronius Twin Towers are an absolute must during a visit to Kuala Lumpur. Here’s the thing, you need to view the towers in the day time and in the evening as the character of these towers completely changes. In the day time, the towers stand tall, gleaming in the Malaysia sunshine whilst towering over the KL skyline. In the evening they light up to create an enigmatic, picturesque view. Around KLCC there are lots of viewing and picture opportunities so get your legs moving and wonder around picking up the best views.Visited September 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 22 February 2024
- BeenThereDoneThat78Pori, Finland88 contributionsAmazing towers.I just think the towers look amazing! I mean, they are just 2 tall towers, but I like them. Esoecially at night they look even more amazing. I did not go in. Just observed from the ground level outside.Visited February 2024Travelled with familyWritten 28 February 2024
- Karen P16 contributionsGreat attraction in Kuala LumpurEventually made it to Petronas Twin Towers, thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Reasonable cost and well worth it. Thought the floor of the sky bridge would be see through but wasn't which suited me fine. - Deb & SimPerth, Australia152 contributionsPetronas twin towers experienceGreat experience looking at views of KL floor to ceiling glass. Around 45 minutes to look around and take photos on 86 floor. If you are scared of heights I would give it a miss. Loved it.Visited September 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 6 March 2024
- Zsuzsa.GuideTargu Secuiesc, Romania964 contributionsMustAn argentinian arhitecture, Cesar Pelli, japanese and koreans and a country, Malaysia, which wants to show it's unique style - these are the Petronas-towers. Good to have online ticket bought a few days before the visit, but it is a legend, that people are staying hours for entrance ticket there. Not crowded, well organized, elevators take you up to different sections. Visit every level you can, cross the bridge, admire !!! You will like it.Visited March 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 6 March 2024
- Julie H3 contributionsMust seeFabulous. Just turned up by 9.15 on the day for the 10am tour. Maybe we were lucky to get in, but it was fine. Very well organised, great experience, enough information for a tourist, lots more available if you were an engineer or architect! Well worth the visit, we spent just over an hour, MYR 50 / £8 each. Great value.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 12 March 2024
- N CAshford, United Kingdom314 contributionsWorth a visitWell worth a visit if in the area. We bought the tickets directly online. The tour is very well organised and provides great views throughout. While there, have something to eat in the food court on level two, which provides excellent value quality food. Also take a stroll around the park area right behind the towers.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 15 March 2024
- Dan LBunbury, Australia9,013 contributionsArchitectural MasterpieceNo sure that I can add to the superlatives that have been included in previous reviews, but the city is very proud of its world renowned icon and symbol of modern Malaysia. Purchased tickets for a more suitable time on the following day, arrived early and the counterhand happily exchanged tickets for the earlier tour. Enthusiastic guide supplied a brief informative history on the construction and symbolic nature of the towers when we arrived at the skybridge on the 41st floor. Great views and photo opportunities. Then it was up to the observation deck on Level 86, fantastic view across to the adjacent spire and the city expanse below. Although our accommodation was nearby, we somehow managed to overlook the nightly light & music show; next trip!!Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 31 March 2024
