I purchased airport transfers for Sept 15 and Sept 20 from SJO, Costa Rica airport to Tabacon Thermal Resort and back to airport. The reservation process was easy, contact with the company via WhatsApp text and call was good. They kept me informed via texts regarding the driver's whereabouts. The only issue I had was on my return trip. it took too long and th driver was confused about the directions too the airport after he changed the route due to a trafic jam. In fact I opened up my GPS on my phone and gave him directions. It took far too long. We were in a van which was not very comfortable. The price was good and all in all it was a good experience. I will use them again and recommend the company to others.

I booked this trip separately rather than through a travel agency for our family and I found this company online. So far so good. Great communication whilst I was in England arranging plans. They were very accommodating with the issues we had at Miami airport where our connection was delayed by 10 hours. The driver was there on time with regular communication by what’s app with directions. Staff are very polite and professional and steady and safe drivers in their spotless minibuses with AC. We’ve had 3 out of 6 booked trips and do far everything has gone to plan. Turned up on time, we arrange the times 24 hours ahead and everything has been seamless. We’d definitely recommend. Thank you to the team. We’ve spent about 10 hours with this company with all of our travel!

Our group 0f four photographers used this company for seven times during our trip. They were on time, and the driver Jonathan was such a delight. He stopped so we could use the bathrooms, found us resturants and coffee shops amd was a wonderful driver. Jonathan made the trips a fun time and was delightfull. I will use them again if I return to Costa Rica.

We booked 3 separate trips with Costa Rica Private Transfers during our week stay and each one was excellent. The driver was waiting for us at the airport when we walked out. The other two pickups were also waiting for us at our hotel pickups. We got driven from San Jose to Manuel Antonio (and back) and both drivers pointed out local viewing spots and offered to stop. All three spoke enough English to communicate effectively. I was a little worried about booking these solely on internet reviews but all three trips worked out awesome. We would definitely use them again.

This is the second year my group has used Costa Rica private transfers. They are an excellent company to travel to and from the airport with. Prompt, polite, safe and our driver Carlos (who we actually had round trip 2 years in a row) is a gem. Feel free to book with them and know your are in good hands.

Let me just start off by saying I never write reviews. I had a last minute flight delay the day of my trip & had to fly into a completely different airport. I was able to message the company & book on WhatsApp last minute. They made this process SO simple. My driver Julio was absolutely amazing & so accommodating! HIGHLY recommend booking with them! Very trustworthy!

What a great experience we had. Easy to find right out the gate when we arrived in Liberia. Driver had a sign with our name on it and they helped with all our luggage. They even let me stop at Walmart to grab some supplies before we headed up to the jungle. Van was clean, cold AC, and they provided a booster and car seat for my 4 and 7yr olds. Overall, we had a great experience. We have 2 other trips planned with them, which I’m sure will be great too.
