Thank you for taking the time to write your review. To put your mind at rest, our chicken wings are cooked twice, the first preparation phase for 45 minutes at a low temperature. This can cause vessels to burst and stain the bone. They are glazed and cooked a second time to a minimum of 82 degrees to order, in line with EHO requirements. We have never served frozen chips in our restaurant, and you made no mention of either of these issues to our team. We make all our restaurant food from fresh and often clean and reuse jars and tubs for storage. We are sorry that you feel your visit did not meet the standard you had hoped for. Perhaps you will give us a second chance in time.
