Worth the wait
Socca is a traditional dish from the Côte d’Azur region. A crepe made from chick-pea flour, oil and water, it is cooked in a hot wood-fired oven. The couple who work the oven at the Marché Forville in Cannes are run off their feet making Socca non-stop while the market is open.…
