Beautiful restaurant and great fusion food
It looks like a quaint place when you see the sign but once you go inside, WOW. The place is truly beautiful and the service is unmatched. We didn't think we'd like fine dining until we tried Blue Lagoon. Promise I'll go back here again and again when I pay Luang Prabang another…
