With a variety of outdoor attractions, the sophisticated harbour suburb of Mosman has something for everyone. Shoppers can stroll Military Road for its unique offering of antiques, designer labels, and hip restaurants and cafes. Nature lovers can take in spectacular bushwalks like the Taronga to Balmoral walk, while families can enjoy snorkeling in the sheltered beaches of Balmoral Beach or scuba diving at Chowder Bay. History lovers enjoy exploring the fortifications at the end of Old Fort Road in Middle Head, which date back to the 1800s. Even the exhibitionist set can find entertainment in Mosman, with several nude beaches located in the area.
Came here on a last minute whim when at the ferry terminal.
Great place, being nestled up in amongst the trees, good variety of animals that appear well cared for.
Staff were friendly.
I would rate it behind Australia Zoo. But the location is a lot handier for further sight seeing than its rival in QLD.

The Gallery commissioned Chris Caines to do a...

We planned to be in Sydney for this event, but we...
Our group of 6 enjoyed the experience from the very friendly greeting as we entered the restaurant to the very helpful advice on the menu, to the wonderfully tasty food. We also enjoyed bringing our own wine and reasonable corkage rate. We ate dips and tapas...next we may get to the mains!!
For a start the service was excellent. We had dinner so we could not appreciate the fabulous water views that you would experience if you attended the restaurant during daylight hours, however the food was amazing I sampled the dishes the rest of our group (6) had except the vegan meal (that was according to the person in our group...
Had a very nice experience at four frogs. Went with three friends and were seated/served promptly by the friendly staff. The menu was extensive and everything was delicious! We had the Monthly specials. I used to think crepes weren’t filling but I actually left super satisfied. I did however enjoy a savoury AND sweet crepe - it was too hard...
