Visit Vila Madalena by day for its galleries and alternative stores. Visit by night for a busy nightlife scene with numerous bars and cafes. There is a nice variety of restaurants, featuring many vegetarian and organic options. Every Saturday, Vila Madalena's main streets close for a big street market where you can find fresh vegetables and fruits for sale along with crafts. In the summer rainy season, the streets can flood, but that doesn’t take away from the sparkle of this unique area.
It used to be a great spot to go with children and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, a lot of people also go there to smoke pot while watching the sunset nowadays, chances of getting robbed are higher and there are lots of people having sex inside their cars at night. However, the sunset from there is still beautiful and worth...
Dropped by as I was staying in the neighbourhood, but they were closed. Nonetheless the ladies were super nice and guided me around personally as the exposition was still there. Learned a few things about Brazil, thanks a lot guys! :)
I arrived here expecting a proper museum only find a room or two full of some small exhibitions / pictures and explanations.
Then, one of the people who worked there kindly explained to me that all of their sources are online and that the museum is only a small physical space as a representation of what exists online.
The burger was truly exceptional. Seriously, one of the best I've had in my life. Also they have a wide selection with some creative proposals. Just remember that the burger doesn't come with any side dish, so you have to order separately.
They also have a good selection of beers, some of them very reasonably priced.

There's something, a je ne sais quoi, that makes a restaurant perfect for spending hours and hours just eating, drinking, talking and having a good time.
I don't know what it is, but I would guess it's got something to do with the ambience, the vibe, the alignment of Venus and Mars or something.
It's hard to achieve it, but...

"Best place for great Argentinian steaks"
reviewed 4 June 2018 by kirstine2013
Taken here for my birthday and not disappointed by wonderful variety of Argentinian dishes on the menu and the quality of the steaks offered. We started with the quail eggs on creamed spinach which was delicious. Sitting outside with drinks and a good meal created the perfect memory.
Very good food in a nice ambiance, for a fair price.
Mussels starters were ok but not great. But that's because in my opinion Brazilian mussels are often too fibrous.
We had pork belly and spaghetti alla carbonara. Both very good! Pork belly was huge and would have fed us both.
Good wine list with fair prices. Good and polite...
