This place is a true find. Upon arrival, you're welcomed really warmly and given a table. Before you know it, your server is delivering a dish with (free) super tasty salsa, corn chips & local bread. The bread (baked by the chef's wife) is THE. BEST. ON. THE. ISLANDS. (Ask her about the 'surprise' ingredient which makes all the difference!!) The bread is tender, slightly sweet and positively devour-able. We practically inhaled it while the salsa is super tasty (not hot) with perfectly melded ingredients. As for our entrees, my husband loved his perfectly prepared duck and raved about the "not overdone" veggies while I'll be dreaming about my shrimp risotto for weeks to come.( How often can you say "perfectly"???) I'm so glad we made a point of going there because it'll end up as a highlight of our trip. The location on the sidewalk in a 'mall' is the only criticism I could possible have but I imagine that if it were located near the water or in a fancier spot under palm trees, the prices would be double. The cooking is that good. So RUN, don't walk to eat here. They're super proud of what they do and justifiably so as the care shows in every morsel. Far exceeded my expectations for Caribbean cuisine.

We decided to give Caribbean Element a try during our last visit to Grace Bay and it was fantastic!! The service was spot on! The food (we had the red snapper) was sooo deliciously wonderful!! Please consider Caribbean Element when visiting Grace Bay as I feel some visitors focus on the more popularly known restaurants and look past this one...big mistake...as this one should be 5++ Stars for service, food, and drinks!

We ate dinner at the Caribbean Element on our last day on the island. We wish it had been our first day so that we could go back again! We had the rack of lamb and lobster curry. The lamb and lobster, sauces, and side dishes were all superb! The apple pear salad was also outstanding! Service was terrific and Mary, the owner , was there to supervise and visit with the customers, making sure all was satisfactory. We found the price inline with other island food and would make this a regular dining experience if given the opportunity! This restaurant is highly recommended!

New owner from last year (last years meal and service were outstanding) Coconut shrimp was ok but cracked conch was so tough could barely chew it. Service was terrible at best. Was Interesting to watch a $500 bottle of wine that the server broke the cork off and then push rest of cork into the bottle. She was of course not able to pour the wine. So after several serving attempts the bottle was taken back to bar with many attempts to extract the cork. They finally figured out how to hold the cork inside the bottle while pouring a very expensive wine into a decanter. The customer should have refused the wine and left. Slow inattentive service with poor quality food was followed by a bill which included a 10% service fee and the required 12% tax. No tip will never go back. Oh oh must mention the owner (north of 300#) came in after the place is full of people wearing house slippers, baggie shorts and untucked shirt made by a tent maker. Sorry, can’t un see it.

Just to clarify sir, Caribbean Element has no new owner. The restaurant has been owned from its inception by the same two gentlemen and yes, the big guy is one of them.

Food was good enough, service was terrible. I don’t mind spending $420 for a party of 5 but I shouldn’t have to be constantly trying to get waitresses attention to fill our water, get our drinks, take our dinner order, bring our bill. She didn’t even know how to swipe my credit card, telling me my card was the problem. Different card, same problem. They added a 10% service charge to bill, I figured that would be a good enough tip based on our experience but she said that was in fact for the dishwasher and bar help, never heard that one before. Here’s a tip, give people the service they are paying for.

From reading reviews we thought the restaurant was definitely worth a try. We were wrong. The food was bland, uninspiring and truly lacked the flavor you would have anticipated. The “special” fish of the day was not so special. The blackened grouper was cooked okay but flavor was lacking for sure. Even a bit of lemon or citrus would have helped. The octopus was dry and grilled conch was poor. Oh and make sure to bring your phone for the flashlight, you’re gonna need it just to read the menu. We spent a lot of money for not a great dinner or experience. The only good thing was we were looking forward to dining at coco bistro the next night, which was phenomenal. Don’t waste your money at Caribbean Element there are many more great restaurants in the area.

Enjoyed a nice meal on the outdoor patio at this restaurant. Food was cooked perfectly and the server guided me well to what was best on the menu. This restaurant recently reopened during the pandemic and should be busier than it was. It’s in a business center so it’s the same atmosphere as overlooking Grace Bay, but the food was some of the best I had while on the island. Excellent and fresh blackened snapper with mixed vegetables and sweet plantains. They let me substitute the plantains for the regular potato. Fans of fine dining and well prepared, elevated TCI cuisine should give this place a try.

Dinner here was very good. The location isn't as great as some other restaurants on the island, but the food made it well worth it. I had a special lobster pasta that was absolutely delicious. My husband had very good fish and both my kids enjoyed their kids menu items. It was easy to get a reservation which was a plus. We actually enjoyed this better than Cocobistro where we had to reserve almost a month out.

We ate tonight at Caribbean Element. As soon as we arrived, Mary, the owner of Caribbean Element showed us through her actions that her stated goal of doing whatever she can to please each customer was true. They had set up our table outside but it was a hot humid night so when we asked, she invited us to wait inside in the A/C, while they reset a table for us inside. In addition to the warm welcoming service from Mary and her entire staff, the food was delicious too. Of all the wonderful meals we've had in Grace Bay this past week, the Coconut Fish Finger appetizer here was the best single dish. Truly delicious! Every other member of our party enjoyed their meals equally. I highly recommend that you include Caribbean Element in your plans for meals during your visit to Providenciales. You will not be disappointed.

Don’t miss this restaurant. We went as a group of eight people and everything, and I mean everything, was solid. The service was attentive and friendly. The bartender hooked us up with great mixed drinks and there were nice selections on the wine list. The apps were delish and all the main courses were great...with one exception that the Lobster tail was a little overdone. The Ribs, The Creole Fish, the Grouper Fish Sticks and the Jerk Chicken (get extra sauce in the side) were the best hits. Definitely don’t miss visiting this one.

We had looked forward to dining at Caribbean Element, based on earlier reviews, and were disappointed. The venue was a plain storefront. Service was slow, despite our being one of only two tables early on a Monday night. The conch and octopus were tough, to the point of being difficult to chew. The pork belly chosen as a substitute for the duck breast dropped from, but still printed on, the already limited menu, was not awful, but mostly fat. The cocktails were uninspired. Two stars at best.

The BEST owner ever & AMAZING food. Went on my birthday while visiting Turks n Caicos, the owner overheard and made sure to serenade me with a song and free Guava dessert. We got conch ceviche and wings as an appetizer which were delicious, and lamb for my meal. Was truly a Taylor Swift kind of 22nd birthday!

I originally had a reservation at BLT steak at the Ritz. When I got there they told me it a fixed menu only at a ridiculous price of 225$ US a person. Had they told me beforehand when I made the reservation I would not have booked here. The Caribbean Element had space and the surf and turf was delicious. No complaints. Would eat here again. My wife had the snapper and it was also very good.

We were in Provo for a week, and the best meal of the trip was dinner at Caribbean Element. Ordered the fried conch to start, which was tasty, followed by curried snapper for me and seafood risotto for my husband. We were served a really good cornbread as the "table bread", and we had a signature cocktail which was also terrific. (The "Caribbean Element". Coconut milk, rum, nutmeg, and a few other things. Possibly the only time I had nutmeg all week. Did I accidentally go to Florida? WTH.) One of the things I appreciated the most was being able to have Caribbean food. Most of Provo is obviously flown-in "international" food like beef Wellington or prime rib. That's not what I go to the Caribbean for. The sweet plantain side dish was excellent, and I loved the guava duff dessert. The restaurant is in the heart of Grace Bay, so the ambiance is somewhat limited. No view of the beach, for sure. Still, I wish we'd found it sooner in our trip, because I definitely would have returned a few times. Oh, and service was great. Not sure if others were possibly there at busier times, but no complaints whatsoever on that.

This was our favourite restaurant to visit during the two weeks we spent in Grace Bay. It’s not inexpensive, but in terms of value for money spent, it can’t be beat. We ate there three times, having, amongst others, grouper, conch, salmon, risotto and lobster – we were happy with all. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly, and we appreciated the interest the owner takes in her operation and the advice she provided. Notable was the complimentary starter of taco chips and a very flavourful and healthy vegetable salsa. Our wine was the best value we found on the Island (Mondavi Private Selection Cab at $42). Very highly recommended!
