I've been here before and anytime I come to the area I make an error to eat here. The food, drinks and people are all amazing. Truly the best TexMex food I've had!

Came specifically for the menudo. Was not impressed. Greasy and had more pigs feet than tripe. The salsa was good. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Friendly staff and quick service.

Casa Medina is our family's favorite Mexican spot in the Woodlands. Try the stuffed avocado, you won't be disappointed. Margaritas are good, too. The building doesn't look like much, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Casa Medina is located on southbound I 45 feeder road between sh242 and Research Forest. It is in front of a motel and is nearer to Research Forest than to sh242. I have a wonderful husband who is wheelchair bound, so I try to give a heads up to disabled folks. The entry is somewhat difficult and would probably be... More

First time we went to Casa Medina, ... What a pleasant surprise, ... OK location is not spectacular, but the service is excellent, attentive. Even more important the food is really good, it smells and tastes fresh. I had the Ranchero Plate, and that was really good; my wife, who is not a Tex-Mex lover, she had a fish plate,... More

This little place was a find in the rough. A group decided to stay clise to the neighborhood for supper and we were not disappointed. From the freshly made margaritas to the specialty dishes, everyone thought the food was great and fresh.

Based on the reviews we read, my wife and I decided to order dinner for pick up. We thought the food was average at best and were surprised to see that no rice and beans came with their combo meals. On balance, a disappointment.

Five of us went to dinner there for the first time and everyone loved their food including our picky eaters. Looking forward to going back.

Whenever we can't all agree where to go, an easy solution to the problem is Casa Medina. The food is always hot, tasty, and consistent. The margaritas are great and a good value. The service is always excellent and personal. We've been going for years and will keep doing so.
